Beth’s place is the kind of Airbnb that makes you wonder why you ever stay in hotels. From the jump, she was an awesome host—communicative, thoughtful, and super easy to work with. You can tell she really cares about her guests having a smooth, stress-free stay. Now, the house? Chef’s kiss. Super clean, spacious, and full of good energy. The vibe is calm and cozy, like you’re on a proper vacation—even if you’re just in town for a few days. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and surprisingly central. You’re close to the airport, 15 minutes from the beach, 20 from Disneyland, and still tucked away in your own little oasis. The pool was perfect for lazy mornings or winding down after a day out, and the house had everything I needed to just unpack and live. I didn’t need anything extra—it was all right there. Also, not to be dramatic, but the taco truck around the corner changed my life. I wasn’t even looking for it, just took a walk and BOOM—tacos so good I considered extending my stay.

We loved staying at Denis’s house! The neighborhood was peaceful, but close to everything. Lots of restaurants, cafes, etc. within walking distance. The house is very clean and well stocked. Our 3-year old loved the toys, books, coloring supplies and adorable backyard. We’ll be back on our next trip to LA!

Anna's place was perfect for a weekend in Southern California following our cruise! It is in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located to Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, and near enough to LAX and the cruise port. Check in was easy, the home was comfortable with plenty of space to lounge around. Our daughter enjoyed thr many family board games. Anna was a gracious host, sharing some great places to stroll, places to eat and even dropped off some delicious, fresh baked sourdough bread!

This is a beautiful private retreat in the heart of Atwater. That is was also dog and family friendly was such a huge bonus. We needed a place to stay near our home while our floors were being refinished. And this place was wonderful! We were able to walk to multiple restaurants and coffee shops. We’d had a slight issue with the AC on the first night, but Eloísa and her crew were very responsive and the issue was resolved within hours. She also gave us a slight credit for our trouble. The spaces are well proportioned and it feels like a home that folks live in. Clean, bright and functional! Big tables to play games at and plenty of places to unwind. The sofa has seen better days but the master bedroom mattress is divine! Definitely going to recommend her place to friends and family visiting from out of town.

This is a lovely, recently updated home that looks just like the pictures. There is plenty to entertain the kids when you have down time at the home. Having never been to LA before, I did not realize how impossible it would be to be centrally located to all attractions. This home is 15 mins to Disney, which was great for us. We also went to Universal which was on the other side of the city and took an hour to get to with traffic. Not a problem, just unexpected. Most important to us was that the home was comfortable and located in a safe, quiet area. Stores and restaurants were just a short drive away. If you plan to cook, which we usually do not on vacation, you will want to pick up staples. Things like coffee, salt, pepper and a few other ingredients are provided but you’ll need to pick up creamer if you use it and any spices you might use if you plan on doing much cooking. Overall, This was a fantastic stay. We’d definitely book here again.

We had such a great stay! The host was super helpful and made everything really easy with detailed instructions. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Plus, the location was perfect — so close to everything in Pasadena. Would definitely love to stay here again!

El departamento es mucho más lindo que lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. La ubicación es excelente para moverse en auto por toda la ciudad, en un vecindario muy tranquilo y el lugar de estacionamiento es un plus inmejorable que lo hace el lugar perfecto para quedarse en LA. Definitivamente volveremos a hospedarnos con Juan. Hospedaje súper recomendable.

This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

My son and I had a great time in L.A. Mieko's home is in a good neighborhood, clean, and accessible to many hotspots we wanted to visit. The home had everything we needed and Mieko checked with me to ensure that everything was adequate. I would definitely recommend this home to travelers!

We had a wonderful stay at Norma's Casa Azul! We went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves and woke up to sunshine! We will be back for sure!

Tom’s place was absolutely amazing. It was so close to Six Flags and right next to all different stores and restaurants. It was perfect. He was always so responsive and answered any questions I have. I will be booking again the next time I’m out there.

Really awesome place to stay for Disneyland! It took about 25 minutes to get to the parks and only 18 minutes on the way home. Super clean and it actually looks like the pictures. The 4 bedroom is in a converted garage, it felt homey though. Perfect for our family and we would stay there again!

Eve’s place right across the street from Disneyland was great! The unit was the perfect size, much more comfortable and relaxing than a hotel after a long day at Disney. We had 7 people total; 4 adults and 3 kids (2 under 4) and it worked well for us. It’s a really easy walk to Disney as well. Everything in the unit was perfect and it was well appointed with amenities. Eve was responsive to questions and provided great instructions. The unit was very quiet, did not hear neighbors but could watch the Disney fireworks from the patio which was a bonus. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area and would choose Eve’s place over a hotel next time for a trip to Disney.

The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
