One member of our party texted me after we parted ways to say “Thank you for finding the awesome Air BnB.” It worked out beautifully for us. Convenient, clean, and comfortable. When we had a question we got a quick response.

We had a very peaceful stay overlooking Woodland Hills. The home was convenient to our activities just to the east. While we were at the house, we took advantage of the terrific deck and the surrounding hiking trails. The house had everything we needed for our short stay.

This place was the perfect spot for our group attending a wedding in Malibu. The Airbnb was well provisioned with anything you could need and comfy beds. Everything was super clean!

Johnny's home is a beautiful retreat in a quiet residential neighborhood. The backyard with pool and hottub is a perfect place to gather with friends and family at the end of the day. Johnny is a wonderful communicator he was always available for us, he got back to us very quickly. I would highly recommend this home. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Hallgrim’s place. It was clean and as pictured in the reviews. The only problem we had was parking. It’s only street parking across from the house and the other houses parked multiple cars in our only spot to park. There is also only one tv in the house which is located in the spare bedroom. Other than that, it was an enjoyable experience. There’s even a squirrel that is came up to the windows every morning to say hi. She must be fed, because she is not afraid of humans. We named her “baby”.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and very thoughtful in its amenities. There were books to read, a swivel mounted TV, and the sectional has a pullout that can make it a bed/lounge space. There were chocolates on the nightstand and water bottles in the fridge, which we deeply appreciated, especially after a long drive. The hosts were responsive and kind. We’ll definitely request to book here again the next time we’re in LA and are looking to stay in the north Hollywood area. While the Airbnb feels private and relatively removed from the big city because of the trees/surrounding nature, it’s close to quite a few shops that are easy to walk to. Definitely be careful when going around the windy road though! We almost got hit twice by people driving a bit quickly and more in the center of the road. Thank you again so much for a lovely stay!

This is a great and peaceful place to stay - Exactly as described. Comfortable, in a beautiful area, and the hosts are very communicative and clear. I recommend staying here.

Un séjour magnifique dans les montagnes!!! La maison était cozy et bien décorée, et nous avons pu profiter de la cour de la piscine à tous les jours. Emma et sa famille étaient vraiment charmants, gentils et discrets; nous avions toute notre intimité. Si vous aimez les randonnées, il y en a une multitude dans les alentours à moins de 15 minutes de voiture. Nous visiterons à nouveau, c’est certain :)

My husband likes to say..."wow, that's why Michael is a 'super host'"! This home is what every air bnb consumer hopes for. It actually exceeds your expectation. He has thought of everything and more. Every detail is covered, everything you need is there. The home is immaculate and so are all the appointments, home appliances and gardens. There is a wonderful patio and barbeque too. I remember saying 'pride in ownership'. We had a different circumstance coming here in that we were displaced by the California Wild Fires. We found the comfort of our home here and the comfort of our hosts, who care. We had hardly anything when we got there and Michael and his wonder partner provided for, and had already thought of everything. We were fortunate this home was available when we needed it. As far as travel, if you are a tourist, I personally needed to get around, to our former home, and to work. The freeway is close by as are many wonderful restaurants. Enjoy!

Such a cozy little cottage get-away. It was a great home base for our adventures around Ventura, Santa Barbara, Solveng and Ojai. Took advantage of the little outdoor deck for some morning reading. The spring flowers in the garden were lovely and a morning visit from the pups was a joy. Our stay was great and we would gladly visit again.

I usually rent a cabin somewhere in the mountains with my best pup once a year for a quiet girls weekend. This year I was hoping for something more local and stumbled upon this gem of an experience. What a beautiful place Murray and Kay have. The property is easy to find and Murray was right there (with their horses) when I pulled in. The Airstream was fully equipped and I really didn't feel like I was deprived of any creature comforts. The solar battery was enough for my couple of devices to charge. Hiking trails right outside the door and views for days. One of their horses even made it up the mountain one night to say hello. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of blankets, linens and towels. I loved every minute of my stay and look forward to visiting again.

What a great spot! There is a lot to do within walking distance but there are a lot of stairs to get to the main thoroughfare. The cottage was super cozy for a tiny house. The kitchen had amenities for the first morning which was helpful after a day of travel. We wished we had more time to spend there but there was so much to do in Ventura.

We had a great stay. Plenty of space for myself, husband and 3 children. The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Selin was very responsive and flexible as well. We would stay here again.

A Soulful Nature Retreat – Pure Magic Szilvia’s place is truly a hidden gem: a peaceful, soul-nourishing retreat that reflects the love and care she puts into everything. Surrounded by nature, the space is thoughtfully designed to feel warm, grounding, and deeply connected to the land. Every detail, from the natural materials to the serene atmosphere, shows how much intention Szilvia brings to creating a home that honors the earth. I had been hoping to visit for years, and finally made it rather spontaneously for the one night that happened to be available. I also joined the Hummingbird Sanctuary Experience, which was absolutely magical. Watching the hummingbirds, sipping fresh tea, and hearing Szilvia share her deep knowledge and love for nature was unforgettable. Szilvia herself is a kind, welcoming, and inspiring host. My stay left me feeling refreshed and grateful. Highly, highly recommend to anyone with a genuine appreciation for nature and seeking beauty & peace.

I loved my stay. Jamie was a great host and the cottage was beautiful, everything in perfect condition, super comfortable, plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend!

Michael and Laura were fabulous hosts. Before I checked in, they sent me a message asking about my favorite drink -- so that they could have it waiting for me! I felt like I arrived to a secret garden, with a darling welcome sign at the front door. The entrance feels fully private and the area is so quiet. The space is thoughtfully stocked, with everything I needed for cooking, showering, sleeping, relaxing. Michael checked in to see that I had everything I needed and was quick to respond when I texted about best walkable grocery stores or scenic walks. They are a perfect combination of warm and attentive, while also respecting privacy. This is my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed. And I hope to come back again! Seriously cannot thank them enough for a wonderful time and for sharing their incredible space with me! Hugs to you both -- fabulous job!

Amazing hole, great host highly recommended.

The house was nice and good size for our group. The location was pretty good for what we had planned. We landed on this place specifically because of the pool and hot tub. We wish we had been told the specifics of using them beforehand because we arrived to an ice cold pool & jacuzzi. But after Gevorg finally responded we were told there is a fee to heat everyday, they cant be heated at sametime, and pool takes 8-10 hrs to heat. But once the confusion was cleared up, Gevorg was quick to respond and the pool/jacuzzi was an amazing addition to our trip!!! Gevorg was very kind and welcoming and quick to fix the situation.

The host wanted to meet at check-in as long as we weren't too late. Our plane into LA was repeatedly delayed and the host remained flexible as I updated her on our changing arrival time. Check-in was helpful because the driveway is accessed by an electric gate and we learned how it operates and where remote was located. The unit is part of a large house with access to a very nice garden. We did see the hosts in the backyard occasionally as well as their dogs but we didn't lack for privacy. The unit was really large. With an open floor plan it could be a challenge for people in a large group to find a place to themselves. The upstairs has one bedroom and then a bed and pull out couch in a common area. The bedroom is private but you walk through the loft area to access the bathroom. Both bathrooms are large and nicely finished. The hosts checked in several times via message while we were there. Easy to walk to grocery and restaurants and easy access from LAX.

My family of 6 stayed for a quick vacation for a family event at the Beverly Hills hotel. This Airbnb was perfect and centrally located. We went shopping one day at The Grove, which is always a fun time. It was fun taking morning walks and looking at all the beautiful homes. There’s a cute French bakery within walking distance from the house named La Provence Patisserie & Cafe. It has a huge variety from full breakfast and lunch plus yummy bakery items. Deborah was very responsive during our stay.
