Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans ce logement très agréable et très bien aménagé. Très bien situé, à quelques pas de la mer et proche de la vieille ville, à voir absolument. La gare est située à quelques minutes de l’appartement ainsi que des magasins et restaurants. Hastings est une très jolie ville, parfaite pour visiter la région!

Great place to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Whitstable but a gorgeous walk in along the beach / coast walk - flat and easy for all. Really enjoyed staying in this area - lovely houses and beach feels very private. Plus the house is 3 houses down from the sea and upstairs bedrooms have great seaview. Very sociable space - 4 couples stayed and we had so much room to cook, eat & sit and the garden is a bonus.

This 6 bedroom house is perfect for a group of friends who want a holiday for a reasonable price. 5 minute walk from the beach, shops round the corner, everything was just perfect. Hazel is very friendly and proactive with her responses and we will definitely be re visiting this location. Organising 14 of us to get away on holiday was stressful but the house being so perfect helped so much. Highly recommend! Thanks so much Hazel!

We hadden een prachtig verblijf. De ligging van het huis is schitterend. Zicht op zee en de duinen zijn je tuin. Het huis is heel licht en mooi ingericht. De verhuurders waren zeer vriendelijk en onmiddellijk bereikbaar. Onze kinderen hadden het er ook helemaal naar hun zin, zo dicht bij het strand. We hadden ook heel mooi weer :-)

Loved the house and location -very well equipped and very comfortable & spacious . Especially loved the balcony overlooking the sea-great for the sunset. Instructions for the oven & hob would have been helpful ! We had a lovely weekend, felt very at home .

What a wonderful, inviting, homely yet funky home. We celebrated a birthday with a group of friends and it was perfect. Every room was beautifully laid out, the cinema room was brilliant, the kitchen was equipped and the bar was brilliant. Monique and Sally were fantastic, giving us a brilliant recommendation of the coastguard arms which we walked to along gorgeous coastline. Deal town was buzzy with a market on, on the Saturday which we walked through. It was everything I hoped for and more when I booked!

Sheila’s house feels like a home the moment you step inside. It’s roomy and bright throughout. We all loved the place including the young grandchildren who spent ages in the garden amusing themselves. The kitchen is packed with masses of everything you could think of and as we cook this was brilliant. As all the adults have stressful busy lives this break was so relaxing, just what was needed. As a birder I highly recommend Pegwell reserve for a great walk and great birdwatching. Highly recommended.

We’ve been coming to Brighton fairly regularly for 10 years and Janye’s house has been the best accommodation we’ve found. A peaceful spot, perfectly sized for our family of 4, tastefully decorated and with a car park space, which is a premium in Brighton. The best thing for us though is the location. A 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes the other way is Preston street which is full of restaurants, 15-20 minutes to the Laines with its independent shops, cafes etc. and only a few doors away is a great pub - the lion and lobster. Would highly recommend and we will we will try to book again when we’re next visiting.

As we walked in my son said ‘wow’ and that was all of our reaction! We have stayed in a caravan on this site before but this was a lodge and it was so much bigger! Great living space, 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a veranda! 40min lovely walk along the beach/promenade into Whistable and great foodie pub just across the road (the Oyster Pearl). We had a great couple of nights here, we wished we had booked longer!

Nick and Helen have created a well designed and cozy space to relax in, and it's so close to the sea, beaches, very good restaurants, beaches, the Turner in Margate, antique and vintage shops, lovely walks, etc. Plus Nick was delightful to chat to when we arrived, which put a smile on all of our faces. Would definitely come back, especially when the pool is a go!

We've stayed a Ross's place a few times over the last 5 years. The location on the edge of the caravan park is lovely and peaceful with views across fields. The caravan is very comfortable, warm and has everything we need. There's lot's to do in the Camber and Rye area, there are still a few things on our list we would like to see. Lots of lovely places to eat. I thoroughly recommend this place and great value for money too! Thanks Ross!

Fantastic location, beautiful and comfy house. Perfect for a large family get-away. Games room was good fun and the garden was perfect in the sunshine. The pebble beach is just a few minutes walk away and access to the Cliff walk is easy as well.

Luxurious 5* lodge in a beautiful quiet location Stunning interior with everything you could possibly need, and of the best quality- everything was perfect and communication with Aaron was brilliant Can’t wait to return

Great house for our family holiday - lots of space, comfortable and amazing views! Lots to do in the surrounding area too - enjoyable walks into Herne Bay and Reculver a highlight for us. Maggie was responsive and helpful throughout.

Island View was a fab place to stay and Lorna was a 5* host! All was cleaned and tidy, accurately described with easy to find instructions Herne Bay was new to us, but walks to Whitstable, fabulous views, sea swimming at Margate, etc, etc made us really want to return Thanks for everything Lorna!!

We stayed here for a week and it was a great location for us , the property was warm , clean and relaxing during our stay . Will definitely stay again when back in Hastings. Thank you .

We had the best time staying at Ben’s place. We’ve visited Margate many times and this place just topped off a great NYE visit. The place was even better than the photos and we felt at home immediately. The art and decor was stunning, beautiful design whilst also feeling cosy. Would love to visit again in the future. Thank you so much for such a great break!

We had a great time staying at Sandpipers over Easter. The house was beautiful, had everything we could have needed, and was within a 5 minute walk from the beach. We felt at home immediately. Hannah was extremely responsive, helpful and flexible. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Camber Sands.

This was our second visit and it was a perfect as the first. Nothing beats having a cuppa (or three!), sitting on the sofa overlooking the sea. The beach outside was very peaceful, and the dogs loved their walks everyday. The facilities are great, the beds are comfortable and it was so relaxing we would recommend this home to everyone

Very good location right on the beach with parking, and walkable to the town centre. Was lovely to sit and look at the sea. Very comfortable, we will definitely be back.

Our stay at Amanda’s place was great! The house was beautifully set up for our Christmas stay, perfectly clean and lots of nice touches like our welcome hamper and clear instructions for all amenities. There was more than enough space for us all to gather together and create some great family moments. Despite Amanda being away at the time she ensured her friendly neighbour welcomed us into the property and gave us a guided tour. The view of the coast from the living room and front bedrooms was stunning and there was lots of space for storing our bags/clothes as well as in the fridge for food we wanted to cook in the beautifully designed kitchen. Overall I would definitely recommend and would visit again!
