This was the perfect house for our needs. We were visiting our daughter who attends a local University for Easter. Renauld's place was big enough to accommodate our family, and made a great hangout spot to connect with our daughter and a couple of her friends. The kitchen made for easy home cooked meals. The large living spaces made for great areas to play games. The walkable neighborhood, easy parking and conveniently located stores was also great. All in all we throughly enjoyed having this space to stow away and connect as a family. Thank you Renauld!

We were only able to stay one night at Enmanuel's place, but our list is all pros, no cons! Enmanuel had Uber eats deliver coffee pods when we told him their weren't any. I live in NYC and so parking, neighborhood safety, and noise level was all good and nothing to complain about! We were loathe to leave in the morning, but we went to Philadelphia to sightsee, not to hang out in a unique and very clean Airbnb. Thank you, Enmanuel for providing this place.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful amenities specifically designed for kids. Our little ones felt right at home with the toys and games available, making it easy for them to settle in and have fun. The location is another highlight. We were just a stone's throw away from the art museum. Additionally, we loved how walkable the neighborhood was, with a diverse selection of restaurants just a few minutes away. Whether we were in the mood for casual dining or something more upscale, there was always a great option nearby. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals, which added to the convenience of our stay. We appreciated the attention to detail. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Jeff’s home was exactly as described. We enjoyed the location as it was easy to find and had a great dive bar next door called Lucky 13. The stairs could be tricky as they are steep and there is two floors so just note that. Otherwise the house was clean, peaceful, and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again!

House was in a wonderful location. Enjoyed the easy access to trail system along the river. House was well set up and very clean.

I absolutely loved my stay at this lovely home full of character, surrounded by a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. This home is very clean and well maintained, the sauna is AMAZING, Ethan is very responsive and friendly, and just a few short blocks away are restaurants, shops, and a historic movie theater. I loved every single thing about this cozy home. Do try to catch a movie at the theater if you can, I loved it.

Place is very very nice and clean. Hosts are incredibly easy to work with and very responsive.

We traveled to PA for a long weekend and stayed at Bet and Steve’s house. It was a perfect place for us. It was clean, updated and very comfortable. Bet was responsive and made our stay very welcoming. If you’re looking for a spot don’t pass this place up!

This was a really spacious, very clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment. Even though its in a larger apartment building, it was very easy to get inside, easy to park, and everything went as expected. Taniya was responsive in the few times we reached out. We really appreciated the comfortable beds and comfy couch, too.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

We had a nice stay at the property for a family occasion nearby. We needed a lot of beds for the adult children that joined, which the place provided. The beds were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out, lots of TVs and eclectic furnishings. I regret we were not there in the summer season to enjoy the pool and deck area which we imagine are lovely when set up.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Susan and Emily were fantastic hosts. Excellent response time, and provided great information and recommendations. Our pup loved the fenced yard and all of the hiking and walking areas nearby. We highly recommend the cottage, especially for those with furry friends, and look forward to returning sometime.

Very homey in a quiet neighborhood. Full kitchen made it very easy to cook. Comfortable rooms. Spacious and airy. Good WiFi. It was a perfect stay for myself, my kid and my dog. Decent street parking. It was perfect. Highly recommend.

It was great having a place that allowed our dogs. With 2.5 acres fenced in, our critters enjoyed their stay!

Ashleigh’s place was the perfect location for a month of research in Philly, walkable and peaceful, with great proximity to everything I needed during my stay. Can’t recommend enough as a long-term stay!

Perfect location for our family. Right across the street from where I went to grade school many, many years ago, and close to my family that still lives in the area.
