Wonderful beach front property for families - Blocks from Balboa Pier, Ferry, & Boating. Enjoy spectacular Newport; one on-site parking space in back. Rental is the First floor 4 bed, 2bath of duplex. Our family has enjoyed renting for 20 plus years as guest families enjoy beach house, sand toys, BBQ, patio and surf. Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.

This gorgeous downstairs unit is modern yet comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal for your family. This is such a great location on 37th Street as it is close enough to the pier to walk/ride bikes as well as nearby restaurants, grocery and shopping.
