Die ca 45 m2 große Höhle mit Anbau ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde im Sommer 2022 zu neuem Leben erweckt und liebevoll als Ferienwohnung renoviert. Die komfortable Ausstattung lässt FAST keine Wünsche offen (Achtung WLAN vorhanden, KEIN TV!! ;-)

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Tiene capacidad para seis personas como máximo. La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. El Refugio is located on the cliffs of La Matanza approx 250 m above the sea. It is located in an absolutely exposed position in the sun belt of the North and is also known as the sunniest community on the north coast of Tenerife. The nature reserve Costa Acentejo, with its circular hiking trail and path to the sea, starts just a few steps from the property. Relax in a calm, rural environment far away from the beaten track!

The perfect place to unwind and enjoy la isla bonita, the spectacular sunset, the lovely heated pool, the beautiful starry sky and the hiking trails that start right on the doorstep. The cozy, stylish house is surrounded by old almond trees, on 2 hectares of private land in the middle of a nature reserve in Puntagorda at a hight of around 900 meters.
