Centrally located 2 blocks from the beach and in the middle of all the shopping and dining. We want you to show up, un pack and relax. The cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. A quiet peaceful setting. The cottage is not childproof and not suitable for children 2 to 12 years.

Simplicity at the beach...ease of living....you won't need a vacation after staying here...our sole purpose is to provide a space where you feel comfortable and relaxed enough to enjoy our beautiful town. We do provide sheets, pillows, blankets, and bath towels for 4 people. 😊 We also have a guidebook that has many things to do around town. Please check it out. No pets as daughter is allergic. FYI…no charging golf carts or electric vehicles.

Welcome to Cookie's Folly! A charming and custom designed Cape Cod style home. The interior was designed and fully renovated by Philadelphia design and build firm United Makers. This large family friendly home is a short .1 mile (3 min walk) to the beach, and a .5 mile (10 minute walk) to the Washington Street Mall area. The house has a driveway and plenty of street parking.
