You will find many parks nearby and will be walking distance to the local supermarket, bus, train station. Be spoilt for choice at the range of local restaurants within walking distance. A comfortable two-bedroom studio each with their own en-suite and has a fully self-contained kitchen, bar table and lounge room.

The West Wing

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and own living/dining, as well as its own bathroom and laundry facilities. Linen including beach towels, is supplied. There is a stunning swimming pool and guest have use of a barbecue and outdoor wok. The apartment is part of our family home (we live in the main residence), but is completely self contained with access through your own lock up garage or via a sliding door into the living room. Only 5 minute drive to Perth's best beaches.
