The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.

The Creamery

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

Ballard Greenwood Private Suite

We warmly welcome ALL to Seattle. Inclusivity practiced here. Private one-bedroom suite with a brand-new full-service kitchen, luxurious bath, a new dining area, coffee and tea station, washer/dryer, and a private entrance with parking. Includes Wifi, flat screen TV, streaming TV system, and guidebook to local attractions. Amenities abound, please see photos. Room is carefully cleaned before every guest and contains a Winix Air Purifier with regularly-changed HEPA filters.

Mid-Century Luxe Lounge - Romantic and comfortable

This bright and expansive (700 sq ft!), private loft is a perfect getaway, while still close to great food/drink, and all of Seattle's outstanding adventures. The romantic lounge has an incredibly comfortable bed, fuzzy rug, and cool original art on every wall. The huge plush couch is big enough for two people to stretch out and enjoy Netflix on a flat screen TV, along with the softest blanket. In the morning coffee service is ready for you. This home is super clean. Broadview is a special urban community that is 20 minutes to DT. This retreat is 800+/- sq ft. Spacious, light-filled rooms. Close to Carkeek Park, bus-lines, grocery stores and eateries. High speed, Internet. Longer stays I can offer a discount. The min. stay is 3 days. The guest area is part of our home but separate & private. All artwork was selected and signed by local artist. Beautiful gardens in the summer.

Stay warm by the fire, whether on the built-in seating around the fire pit, or inside, on the sectional sofa by the linear gas fireplace below the Samsung frame TV. Also inside are floor-to-ceiling windows, radiant floor heating, and exposed-beam accents. The apartment features a stunning open plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen in addition to two bathrooms featuring a luxurious walk-in rain shower!
