The house is 10 minutes walk from the centre of Carlisle, round the corner from nearby shops and a short stroll from a lovely walk by the River Caldew.

We offer a warm welcome to our house in which to feel at home and enjoy a break. A tall window allows light to flood into 2A. The lounge with dining area and sunny kitchen occupy one floor. Upstairs there is a king-size en-suite bedroom, a twin-bedded bedroom and a family shower room. On the upper floor is a beamed, double bedroom. We provide towels and cotton bed linen to give a luxury stay. The kitchen is well equipped. At the back is a patio, small garden and parking for one vehicle.

Our home has an open plan ground floor, and on the first floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom. The whole house is available to our guests, There is some off street parking in the street beside the house and a car park 0.2 of a mile away which is £3.50 all day.
