A bottle of wine, Liquor land. Both open 8am till 9pm weekdays. Fern coffee lounge for a coffee or maybe breakfast or lunch open from 6am till 2pm . Beach 5 minutes in a car. The house . We are in cul-de-sac close to all that Joondalup has to offer - beaches, restaurants, shopping, health campus, universities, sports and golf as well as being close to Perth [ 20mins by train]. It has a fully kitted kitchen, dining table and study desk
