You have your own separate space with separate entrance in a quiet residential neighborhood, 5 minutes from airport and downtown Reno. Less than one hour from Tahoe and skiing. Full large basement apartment is over 700 sq. ft. and has a separate, private entrance (with stairs) and its own backyard. Owners live upstairs. Eclectic decor - antique bedroom set, Mexican themed common spaces. This is NOT a party house. If there is anything resembling a party you will be asked to leave immediately.

The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

Kitchen has bar for dining. Newer Appliances. Gas fireplace with remote with Furnance heat, no central air. Washer and dryer for your convenience. We except 1 small-medium size dog 50lbs and under, by interview only.. You will be charged $35 a day for the dog.. The dog will not be left unattended in the unit without being confined to a kennel.. Please don't let your dog on our furniture or beds...If you bring a dog without our knowledge you may be asked to leave.

This apartment is in our backyard, above our detached garage. We are located in the quaint, beautiful neighborhood of Reno that the locals call "the old Southwest". It is very close to Midtown, which has an abundant variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. We are located near parks and the Truckee river.
