Apesar de se encontrar perto do centro de Cascais (com restaurantes, bares e supermercado na zona) este apartamento é extremamente sossegado. A marina, onde tem a oferta de mergulho ou pesca desportiva esta a 5 minutos a pé. Campos de golfe, ténis e padel a 5 minutos de carro. Estação de comboio para Lisboa e bus para Sintra a 5 minutos a pé.

The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood, close to the train station and the beach. Here it's like 1960. Extremely safe. It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. Any special needs, i personaly ill take care.

Charming apartment in Chiado with 2 terraces

The flat and the whole area are nineteenth-century older period and it is decorated with furniture in such a way as to respect the feel of the place. The flat has 1 big suite with a king size bed that can be separated and have 2 single beds, 1 closet, 1 big complete bathroom and also a terrace to relax with exterior sofas. Then you have a living room (with a double sofa bed), an american kitchen, another little but complete bathroom as well another terrace to have the breakfast outside.
