La Rosacanina" B&B is situated in Fumane (Via Casterna 4, Verona) in the heart of Valpolicella. Valpolicella is famous for its fine wines like Amarone and Recioto). For the guests there are two bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, both of them are recently renovated. In fact the freshness of the room is thank to "exterior insulation and finishing system" (EIFS). Prices are low. The breakfast room has a little cooking corner with a dishwasher and a microwave oven. The breakfast and organized service with self mode The entrance is detached and "La Rosacanina" also has a wide garden with a barbecue. The atmosphere inside the house was treated with artistic sense and is modernly furnished. There are possibilities to have meeting with wineries and typical restaurants of Valpolicella. "La Rosacanina" B&B is in a quiet area near the "Aquagardens" Thermal Park and the Natural Park of Lessinia. E’ situato in posizione strategica, sia in termini di comodità al centro paese e al rinomato Ospedale Sacro Cuore di Negrar, raggiungibile in meno di 5 minuti a piedi, sia in termini panoramici. Dal grazioso terrazzo privato potrete godervi una tranquilla colazione o uno aperitivo ammirando le splendide colline della Valpolicella.

Nuova struttura nata nel 2015, immersa negli splendidi vigneti della Valpolicella. Struttura dotata di giardino, smart TV, cucina attrezzata con pentole, stoviglie, forno, microonde, frigo, lavastoviglie e piano cottura, un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto matrimoniale. È in un contesto agricolo. E' quindi possibile il passaggio di macchinari agricoli che creano rumore, sia in giorni festivi che in orari mattutini. Animali ammessi su richiesta e potrebbe essere chiesto un supplemento.

It is located in the heart of Valpolicella Classico region, 20km from Verona and 20km from Lago di Garda. The apartment is 60m2 with King size double bedroom with a balcony, spacious bathroom and a living room with a sofa-bed, kitchen and dining table. L'appartamento, situato al piano terra di un condominio nella zona collinare di Negrar, il quartiere è molto tranquillo e ideale per passeggiate nella natura e tra i vigneti della Valpolicella. La zona giorno si affaccia su un vigneto ed è dotata di un comodo divano e di un angolo cottura. La camera matrimoniale dispone di armadio e cassettiera. La stanza con i due letti separati dispone di armadio Bagno con doccia e lavatrice. In questa locazione non sono ammesse feste.
