It has a private courtyard garden with seating, a separate kitchen, a lounge with log burner and one dining area, one double bedroom with separate shower room. Off road parking for two cars.

The cottage has WFI and car park at the side . It is situated in the beautiful valley of Quernmore on a working dairy farm.

Woodfield Lodge is a gorgeous two-bedroom self-catering holiday home situated in the quaint village of Brookhouse, just 1 mile from Caton and 6 miles from Lancaster City Centre, with a hot tub, wood fire and parking. The village of Brookhouse is within an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and a haven for wildlife, with owls in the trees, lots of squirrels, and deer and otters visiting from time to time! Max 2 dogs permitted. £25.00 per dog per stay.

Gressingham is a small, picturesque village and makes the perfect location for walkers, cyclists and those wanting a country break.
