The elevated porch catches a nice breeze. It is clean and comfy with wifi, an equipped kitchen, and two bikes. Minutes to town, but quiet. The property has a picnic table, grill, ocean deck, hammocks and an amazing pool. 12.5% govt tax is due upon arrival. (Rate includes the 15.5% Airbnb booking fee.)

Located in a quiet residential area of the south island, min. from the village, close enough to be convenient but just far enough to be quiet and secluded . Three bicycles (free) and two hammocks as well as a charcoal BBQ. (you buy the charcoal) . The house has TV with cable and free Wi-Fi . Lots of fans to keep cool!

The Pool House apartment is located on one of the prettiest streets in Caye Caulker. The views overlook the beautiful gardens and the cool inviting pool. It is the only rental on the property in a very private and quiet neighborhood - only minutes (5) ride to town. There is a restaurant right across the way for breakfast and dinner. The property is on island electricity, but also has on-grid solar power and electric generator for backup. All Airbnb guests must be 25 years or older.

You will be welcome by beach view, sea breeze and the local native trees on the island. The main village is a 10 minute walk away. My home is fully equipped with all appliances, a king bed, AC, T.V, Wifi and not to mention a washer and dryer. Come experience Belize while maintaining all modern amenities.
