The house is a 1940's Cape Cod house that is well maintained & updated but still keeps the original character. Our neighborhood is relatively quiet with a mix of older residents and younger couples with children. The suite with kitchenette is a separate, private space within our permanent residence & we will not access the area unless it is an emergency. However, since we do share the air, and due to our allergies, please NO smoking, vaping, burning candles or incense anywhere on our property.

The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking with a fridge, Keurig, oven, microwave and toaster plus tableware. There's a 42" TV paired with an apple TV loaded with multiple apps. Alexa provides info and light control. Two window a/c keep the place cool. Free parking is available in the adjacent public lot.

Peaceful cottage on Main Street, just outside the business area. Walk to the shops and restaurants or bike .6 miles to the Ohio to Erie Trail. Equipped kitchenette sufficient to prepare light meals, outdoor grill, patio and lawn for outdoor games. Queen bed and Queen sleeper sofa. There is room for inside bike storage. In the refrigerator will be water along with coffee, tea and a few snacks. Whole house generator installed- no fear of power loss.
