The house is a 1940's Cape Cod house that is well maintained & updated but still keeps the original character. Our neighborhood is relatively quiet with a mix of older residents and younger couples with children. The suite with kitchenette is a separate, private space within our permanent residence & we will not access the area unless it is an emergency. However, since we do share the air, and due to our allergies, please NO smoking, vaping, burning candles or incense anywhere on our property.

Apt 1: Octopus Garden in Uptown Centerville

This apartment is a twin to our 'Pilot Lounge' airbnb located across the hall. Two adults can sleep in a dedicated bedroom on a queen bed while your third guest sleeps on a twin roll-away bed. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking with a fridge, Keurig, oven, microwave and toaster plus tableware. There's a 42" TV paired with an apple TV loaded with multiple apps. Alexa provides info and light control. Two window a/c keep the place cool. Free parking is available in the adjacent public lot.

Our home is completely renovated and ready for your family to enjoy. We also have a fenced yard and parking in the driveway as well as on the street. You will love the private outdoor space for BBQ's or a cozy night lounging around the firepit. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal prep, and the kitchen table expands to seat 8 people.
