We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The place is spotless, tastefully decorated, and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The layout is perfect for two couples, with two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms — offering both privacy and plenty of shared space to relax together. The kitchen had all the essentials, and we loved spending our evenings in the cozy living area. The surroundings are peaceful and made for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely love to come back!

We were a group of 4 friends spending the weekend together and Hudson and Sourove's home were the perfect location. The house was a close drive to downtown, and we even walked it one day. The view of the mountains from the front of the house was breathtaking! The house was clean and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was missing a couple basic items (wine opener) but otherwise pretty well stocked. We had an issue with the multi split AC system but Sourove responded immediately and it was resolved within an hour. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Sourove!

Had to vacate our home due to renovations. It was a great home away from home for those few days. Thank you.

Our family weekend at Casa Julia was awesome. All 3 generations loved the layout of the house and the beautiful lake across the street. The house was nicely decorated, matched the pictures, and had everything we needed. It was a great home base for relaxation and exploring the Catskills!

We had a great stay in Pine Place cabin by Long Lake. The space was perfect for our 2 small families and we were pleasantly surprised to have access to a playground and beach toys for the kids. Unfortunately the Wifi was out during our whole stay. I think this was a fluke and owners didn't seem to understand what the issue was. Otherwise we loved everything about the place. The outdoor porch was really great and the bed were comfortable. Very clean and Danuta was easy to reach and communicate with. We'd definitely stay again!

We had a great time at the airbnb. The house is beautiful, well furnished, and comfortable. The location is great - easy drive from NYC to get out into nature and take a break from the city. Robin was a fantastic host - very communicative and responsive, provided plenty of guidance on what to do in the area. Hope to be able to come again soon.

The Location was excellent. Within walking distance to downtown Alexandria Bay. Loved having boathouse directly beneath condo which worked well when picking up family using a rented boat from nearby. Outside deck was enjoyable to watch boats coming and going. Peaceful location to sit back and relax.

This location has a lovely kitchen and updated bathrooms. There are plenty of towels, and up to date appliances. We enjoyed the living room space to socialize with our family and were very happy to discover how short a drive it was to get to the Syracuse football game, Destiny USA for some shopping and restaurants for our annual trip to the city.

Sean is a wonderful host. His million dollar home is incredibly well stocked with all the amenities. I think we’re the first Snowy, Winter review …. and we definitely rate it 5 Stars like all the warm weather reviews. The lovely fireplace glows throughout the massive living room, and our Christmas Dinner at the huge dining table was epic! The house has a magnificent heating system; even single digit outdoor temperatures were no problem for it. Sean deserves his Super Host status …. He didn’t mind me texting & calling him for restaurants and various instructions … a truly nice fellow. The house is a bit hidden away but its views and grandeur are unmatched. We definitely want to return in the summer to take advantage of its magnificent waterfront location. Thank you Sean for trusting us with your mansion!

We had a wonderful time at Caroline's AirBnB! The grounds were beautiful and the home was stunning. Caroline was very responsive and easy to communicate with (the staff gave us a tour of the property, set up a fire and gave us town recommendations). I would highly recommend this property and would definitely return!

Came for a 9 person family thanksgiving. House was very well laid out for cooking, eating and relaxing. Had a few issues and The hosts and manager were very responsive, especially considering we were there on a holiday weekend. Property is beautiful For walking. Fireplace is lovely and there was plenty of dried wood. Kitchen very well appointed and stocked. If you stay in the winter bring slippers and layers, especially if you are using the basement rooms.

This is now the second time my soccer team and I have stayed at Katie’s property. Just like last year it was perfect! We did miss the paddle boat, but we assumed it was put away for the winter. Nonetheless the property, the home, everything was great. We’re excited to book it again next year for our soccer tournament.

We have enjoyed our stay at Michael's house. All of our guests have had a wonderful experience.

My family loved our time staying at The Farmhouse! Amazing views and great location close to the Cayuga wineries and easy trip to Ithaca! Joe and Katy were very accommodating and despite extremely low temperatures in December, the house stayed warm thanks to the provided space heaters! Hope to visit again!

The house quickly felt like a home over the Thanksgiving long weekend . Kitchen was well equipped ( including electric tea pot!) and Blender which worked on mashing the potatoes. Nice assortment of staples and fridge held all the fixings for our holiday feast. Very comfortable sitting areas in front of water and TV area for 10 people. Dining table a little cramped but added a fold up table with ease. Enjoyed leisurely meals, games and laughter for 4 days. Guests in two bedrooms with queen beds slept well. The heat in the bunk bed room was challenging ( too hot) as the other children’s room. For children these mattresses would probably work but not for adults. We never felt the need to leave “ our beach house” for any of the “Black Friday” sales as it truly felt for all three couples that it was the best place to spend Thanksgiving - - even though one couple only lived 7 minutes away. Krisi responded too many inquiries with an hour,weeks leading up to our reservations.

Dee was very responsive when we could not locate the wine opener and rectified the situation. The house is great for a large group. Was perfect way to celebrate a bride in a non traditional bachelorette type way.

It was very clean, well-stocked in terms of bathroom and kitchen amenities, and had plenty of space for a large group to both spread out and find common areas. Hot tub, games, and large tables with plenty of seating. The host was responsive with any issues or questions we had. Very nice place!

We had a fantastic time, the highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing pool. It was clean, well-maintained, and it also had heating facilities making it perfect for a refreshing swim. The stay was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to cook meals when we wanted to. The bedrooms were cozy, and the bathrooms were spotless. Our host, Israel, was incredibly welcoming and responsive. He provided us with all the information we needed and were quick to address any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway for a large group of people with a great pool. We hope to visit again soon!

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful, spacious, comfortable home in New Paltz. We were nine family members, ages 6-75, who enjoyed four days here after our son’s wedding. It was the perfect place to decompress from a very exciting and magical wedding weekend. The house is spacious and comfortable with a number of areas to relax and enjoy- indoors and out. The pool was a lot of fun, and the house was well provisioned and nicely decorated. It was a rare treat to find a rental house that included basic supplies such as spices, pantry staples like flour and sugar, etc. Ken was an amazing host, very responsive if we had a question and provided a great list of local resources and recommendations that was very helpful. New Paltz is a fun town with a number of good restaurants and more to do in the area than we could manage in four days. Highlights included a day trip to Storm King (fabulous!) and another day to Hyde Park where we visited the Roosevelt homestead and Vanderbilt mansion.

Magdalena - Your very comfortable and beautiful home was perfect for our family’s visit. Our only suggestion for going forward would be for you to provide some information about the history of the house. We did a lot of guessing!

Alexander’s place is as described and look like the pictures. We stayed for one week end with friends to enjoy one day skiing and it was great! We had some trouble making the sauna and pool work at the beginning but Alexander sent someone to help quickly which was much appreciated 3’ drive from the slopes of Hunter and enough space to comfortably fit 12 people Would definitely recommend for a week end between friends or a big family reunion Thank you!

Clean, comfortable house in a beautiful location. My daughter loved the pool. The ACs kept us cool during a hot week. We walked our dog down to the small waterfall on the property each day. The village of Skaneateles is about a 20 minute drive with great restaurants. We also did day trips to Ithaca, the Corning Glass Museum (superb!) and wineries on Cayuga, Seneca and Skaneateles lakes. The house was suitable for my mother who has mobility problems, but was fully able to use the bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. Zach was a wonderful host, who communicated with me clearly and helpfully throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this property.
