The Carriage House exuded tranquility and serenity. Following a lengthy journey, we eagerly sought refuge in the inviting living space and cozy bedroom. The temperature upon our arrival was ideal, allowing us to effortlessly unwind. The accommodations boasted a comprehensive array of amenities, ensuring that we felt completely at home. As night fell, following a visit with family, we savored the peaceful seclusion of the countryside while relaxing by the gas firepit and a glass of wine. The path leading to the river is ideal for fitness enthusiasts who enjoy walking or running, especially trail running. Adjacent to the river, there is a park with a track, perfect for those looking to exercise. Additionally, the area is excellent for fishing, so be sure to bring your gear and a comfortable lawn chair to relax in the ample shade by the river, perhaps with a good book.

Linda was very helpful, and quick to respond when I had an unfortunate issue(my fault) that happened. Super thankful for the place to stay.

Nice walking distance to Main Street of Boerne. Location on dead end street made it very quit, no car or truck noise. Property is just 10 years old, very spacious, quality and spacious. Dedicated parking next to the front door. We would stay here again.

The pictures do not do this place justice! It was so much better in person and that is saying a lot. Incredible dark skies in the evening, serene surroundings, and so intimate. Bernice was an absolute joy and her breakfasts rivaled the best 5 star establishments in all of Fredricksburg! This will be our go to stop!

We loved our stay at Jackie's barn bungalow. The decor is great and the beds are so comfy. It has a nicely -sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bungalow was well stocked with coffee and everything you would need while there. There was a welcome basket with snack and breakfast items. Jackie was a wonderful host! We would definitely stay at the barn bungalow again!

Absolute gem only one hour away from Houston. Merinda is a fantastic host. She made us tea and got us very comfortable in our room. Lots of fresh linens, cozy ambiance, and gentle wildlife. Lots of greenery and authentic furniture that makes you feel very grateful to be in Texas.

Words cannot express how wonderful our weekend was at Three Points Ranch. Not only were we immersed in natures beauty but blessed with the most gracious hosts. Sally, Kate, and Lindsey welcomed us with open arms and hearts to make our elopement weekend everything we dreamed of. They were available to and did work with us on everything we asked from the moment of booking to the days we were there. They were there in a moments notice if we needed them and also kept their space from us so we could enjoy peaceful privacy in the beautiful space they created. They offered everything they could to us to make us feel like family staying on site. They even made sure no one drove by during our elopement ceremony! I was blown away by their willingness to work with us on every ask we gave. The thoughtful, gracious presence they were as our hosts made our weekend feel extra special. I truly felt like no other space could hold such a sacred weekend for us the way the Ranch did, thanks to them.

Spent a nice getaway weekend with my girlfriend and proposed to her on this trip. The area is nice and peaceful with an amazing view of the countryside. We love animals so seeing the horses near the barn was so nice. Inside was very clean and had a cozy vibe to it. 10/10 Would love to come back again. - Juan & Yolanda

Quiet tranquil getaway place. The listing description is spot on and it is close to towns and attractions, but far enough that you feel removed from the hustle-bustle. Everything was well-appointed and cared for; the hosts provide many extras and follow up to ensure all is well. Highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and cannot wait to go back! The barndominium was GORGEOUS, and very well-appointed. They had everything we could have needed and more. We had a blast feeding the longhorns, sipping coffee while watching the sunset and we played multiple ping pong tournaments! Chuck & Susie were excellent communicators and hosts - definitely a 10/10 stay for us! ☺️

I cannot speak highly enough of our time at Sandi and Stephen’s. The property and their hospitality far exceeded our expectations and made this one of our more memorable getaways, hands down. We cannot wait to return, and for longer next time! This stay is a true bed and breakfast, not just a vacation rental. Sandi made us an exceptional gluten free breakfast, accommodating my dietary restrictions, and she also recommended restaurants and bakeries close by that have GF items. The barn also offered a lot of privacy in a forest, with easy access to hiking trails and state parks. We highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

Karon is a wonderful host! We have stayed at Reata Ranch several times, and the house and hospitality is excellent every time. We enjoy seeing the upgrades with every visit. This time it was more rockers on the front porch and a new rock sidewalk. We will definitely stay again! Karon is the best!

A rare Airbnb that’s truly private. We enjoyed every moment of that view and feeling of seclusion.. and above all enjoyed the occasional morning visit from the stunning, gentle Longhorns. The space is immaculate and spacious. Jeffrey is an excellent host. We would absolutely return!

We love this tiny home bardo! It was the perfect size and location for our stay! We travel between Buescher and Bastrop State Parks for an annual family reunion. It has everything we need for a comfortable, cozy, peaceful long weekend. This is our second stay here and we will definitely come back again!

My extended family spent Thanksgiving together at the ranch. We all had a great time and would definitely rent again.

Spent a lovely weekend at Carole’s tiny home. Extremely convenient to the wedding venue at Camp Lucy. Carol was there to meet me and explained everything about the home. She has everything one could need for your stay. I really enjoyed the night sky map. I sat out on the front porch and found the Big Dipper and the Gemini constellation. The place is very clean and I felt very safe staying here as a single female. If I find myself in Dripping Springs I would definitely stay here again.

David’s place sits in an idyllic location that’s peaceful & private. The home is immaculately built with impeccable design features. The beds are super comfy and the main living space is ideal for relaxing with family. Lots to explore on the property with the 4x4. We also thoroughly enjoyed our pup greeters - Gracie & Maxwell. David was very responsive when it came to our Q’s or an issue we had during our stay. Highly recommend his home. We’ll be back next year for our antiquing adventures!

The barn was exactly as described, my family had plenty of room and we had a great time with the pool table in the home. Would highly recommend!
