It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. Check in at 3pm, check out before 11am. Early check in / late check out may be available for a fee, please check with your host if you have special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

C’est un magnifique penthouse situé au dernier étage d’un bel immeuble classique mais rénové. Bien qu’il s’agisse d’un grenier, l’ascenseur de l’immeuble atteint le même étage de la maison, donc pas besoin de monter les escaliers pour y accéder. Lorsque nous entrons dans l’appartement, nous trouvons immédiatement un grand salon-salle à manger, avec une cuisine intégrée, mais avec des pièces très spacieuses, car seul le salon et la cuisine ont une superficie de plus de 50 m2. De plus, depuis le salon on accède à une belle terrasse privée meublée avec des meubles de jardin. En traversant le salon, nous arrivons au distributeur du couloir des chambres, deux d’entre elles ont des lits de 0,90 x 1,90 et l’autre avec un lit double de 1,60 x 1,90. De plus, l’une des chambres dispose d’une salle de bain complète en suite, laissant l’autre salle de bain avec accès indépendant. Grâce à l’une des chambres, il y a également accès à une deuxième terrasse privée, également meublée avec deux chaises longues pour prendre le soleil et profiter de la bonne température que Madrid a habituellement. Le bâtiment dispose d'une salle de sport communautaire avec des appareils d'exercice à la disposition des locateurs qui séjournent dans l'appartement Le quartier de Madrazo est l’un des plus luxueux et exclusifs de Madrid, mais étant une rue très calme. ** Cet appartement peut être loué pour des séjours longs ou moyens. Have breakfast in a cheerful open space at a sunny table in front of an elegant fireplace. I have several apartments in Madrid, but this is the latest one I have decorated, paying close attention to detail. I have truly tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests. It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm).
