PARKING INCLUIDO GRATIS en el edificio!! Precioso apartamento a dos pasos de la estación de Atocha, Lavapiés y Embajadores. Justo en la frontera de Madrid Central por lo que es perfecto para venir en coche sin multas! Super espacioso, cómodo y muy cuidado. Una verdadera monada y uno de los secretos de Madrid. La piscina es un lujo super escaso en centro ciudad. La mayoría de los puntos de interés están a pocos minutos a pie! El apartamento es para el uso exclusivo de los inquilinos de temporada.

Casa al lado del Retiro, Ideal para familias.

Muy luminosa y sin ruidos. Hemos tenido una OBRA en la manzana de enfrente que ha generado unos ruidos molestos entre semana, ya que los fin de semana NO trabajan , pero nos ha comunicado el Ayuntamiento que finalizan el 18 de Octubre del 2025. Bien comunicada, a 5 minutos andando del Retiro y 25 minutos andando del Barrio de Salamanca. Autobuses a 3 minutos de casa , Metro parada Pacífico Linea 1_Azul y 15 minutos estación de Atocha. Muy cerca zona de Barrio Salamanca y el Parque del Retiro.
