Spacious cottage on Lake Charlevoix! The cottage shares a large, 1-acre property with a house that is listed separately. Both can be rented together. One bedroom with queen bed, sofa sleeper in the living room, kitchen, full bath, lake view, and covered deck overlooking 125' of shared Lake Charlevoix frontage. Shared dock (Seasonal) and parking. Fire pit and grill (seasonal). Whole home heating system and window AC. 1 mile to downtown BC on a walkable bike trail. 6 miles to Boyne Mountain.

We have played off the beautiful water colors of the bay in our decor. Like our other unit next door, we have included everything we can to make sure our guests are taken care of and feel right at home. We have 2 queen beds and 2 single fold up beds. We do accept pets ($25 flat fee) but certain breeds are not allowed. Please see “other things” for a list. This is a manufactured home in a manufactured home community. The unit has been completely remodeled and is magical! You will love it!
