Warm and inviting, this custom-built 'Tiny One' house offers every home comfort despite its diminutive dimensions. Ingenious design and a thoughtfully considered layout maximizes the space, complete with a snuggly bedroom nook and full-size bathroom. Unique shed converted tiny home filled with love. Loft with Queen sized bed, kitchen and full bathroom. Kitchen includes one burner plug in stove top, conventional toaster oven and coffee machine. Full insulated and includes heating and cooling. The couch can be used as a sleeping space for a small child if needed. Fully stocked with the clear essentials: Wifi, Roku (Netflix and Hulu) and Nintendo System with the classics and 2 remotes. Private entrance and large backyard with basketball hoop and hammock underneath large pecan tree. Self Check in Lock Pad Access to backyard including fire pit, hammock, basketball hoop and swing. I can be as available as you'd like for me to be. I am here at all times for any questions you may have. We do have 2 young children (5 and 4) who may be playing outside in the summer months and we are very friendly so feel free to say hello! Country Club Heights is a calm residential area with many friendly neighbors. Plaza Midwood and NoDa, with their great eateries, bars, and dancing spots, are just a short ride away, whilst the heart of uptown Charlotte is only fifteen minutes by car. We offer filtered water, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil in the kitchen for your use.

Our little 1 bedroom, 650 sq ft cottage is 15 minutes from the Charlotte Int'l Airport, 20-25 minutes to downtown Charlotte, a few minutes to downtown Belmont, Belmont Abbey, and Mt Holly. With painted oak walls, pine ceilings, a gas log fireplace in the living room, and hand-built cabinetry in the small kitchen, the home has a cozy cabin feel. We provide a self-inflating queen air mattress with bedding if you have 3 or 4 people coming. There's a doggie door to a fully fenced back yard.

Belmont Riverside Cabin

Our secluded, lake front retreat has a variety of waterfowl, forest animals and stunning mile-long views of Lake Wylie. Your 450 Sq. Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte.
