Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.

It is not 'fancy', and it has quirks (sticky doors; cranky fixtures) typical of an older home. Our price is low accordingly. A great deal at a great location. *We are currently experiencing a glitch with our calendar. ALL OF JUNE & JULY 2024 ARE RENTED.
