My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michael and Anna’s place. It’s only a block to the beautiful Forsyth Park and there is plenty of free parking available. Michael and Anna gave clear instructions about paying attention to the street sweeping signs which was helpful. The house is located closer to the far end of the park but it’s still an easy walk to get to the historic district points of interest and great restaurants. The house has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and one bathroom. We appreciated having the washer and dryer with laundry detergent so we could do a load of laundry. The kitchen has nice full size appliances and plenty of extra small appliances, spices, plates, utensils, etc. We didn’t cook while we were there but the kitchen was equipped with everything we would have needed. The towels in the bathroom were nice, the beds were very comfortable and the linens were soft. There’s a front patio with chairs too. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this house. It was close to downtown Savannah but far enough away to be out of the congestion and traffic. It is in a very cute neighborhood. It was beautifully decorated and had all that was needed to have a great stay. This is a great house for a group of people or a family.

Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful rooms and kitchen, and the backyard is HUGE! Plus, a very fun game room:) The host provided wonderful instructions and was very responsive. Would recommend to any group!

Great location midway between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. Sits on a dead end street, so very quiet. Clean, well-appointed house. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood. Liang is a responsive and helpful host.

Stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it was lovely! Vera was very accommodating and kind, and the place was great! Only about 20 minutes to downtown.

Great house with privacy fence in backyard, clean, and very nice pool. Host was very responsive to a couple of last minute questions and it suited our needs perfectly for a family wedding weekend. We were very pleased with our stay.

Hosts were very friendly and provided simple instructions for check-in and check-out. Nice, quiet neighborhood close to gas stations and restaurants. Jalapeños was a quick dinner choice as it was only 3 min away & it did not disappoint. We only stayed one night but would definitely love to stay again in the future.

We went to Savannah to, all 8 of us. Four kids and Four adults. We booked Christian's house because of all the great reviews, reliable photos, and it's only a 10min drive to Downtown Savannah! Check in/ Check out was easy. We had a wide age range of kids and they were all safe in the house and had a blast with the kids toys and arcade game. The pack-n-play was great for our little one. The full/twin bunk bed worked great for my three boys. The beds for adults were comfortable. There are many options for lounging and the dining table for 8 was perfect for us. The neighborhood is older and quiet, it felt safe to stay in. We really like staying in downtown Savannah, but with our large group and two cars we needed enough/free parking, comfortable sleeping quarters, and enough space for us to spread out without being on top of each other in the house. Next time we visit Savannah with a large group, we'll use Christian's house again.

Jodi has been nothing but a great host and the place is in a great location right next to all the shops and bars! And only a 2 mins from the beach! Parking is tight! But there is space! Room is great but the bar next door can be loud at time but if you have the A/C on and tv you can barely hear it, all and all this place was great! Would definitely visit again!

What a wonderful experience staying in Anne’s apartment! Beautifully decorated and appointed, we were totally at home and had everything we needed to feel like temporary locals. It was the perfect location from which to explore Savannah, including nearby Forsyth Park, and we loved spending time reading at the end of the day in our private courtyard. The apartment was spotless, the bed super comfy with lovely linens, and the kitchen very well-appointed. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended. Thanks, Anne!

Ron was all about making our stay comfortable. He had great response time to any questions or concerns we had. The residence was clean and had everything you would need like in your own home. The residence is only two blocks from a great city park with many activities to be had. Plenty of street parking was available. The residence was on the first floor made for easy access. We would stay again if ever in the area.

We stayed one night while in town for a Savannah Bananas game. Mary was very quick to respond and super friendly. The place was clean, easy to access, and convenient. I can appreciate simple check out instructions.

We loved our stay here! The neighborhood was super cute. Felt very safe, right near the park, and lots of cute houses on the street. Maybe 20-30 mins walk to the river front and an easy drive. The bedrooms were very grand feeling. As others have mentioned, they are connected so you walk through one to the other, but the space is very large so it’s not cramped. There are pocket doors separating the two. The house had a nice historic feel and was beautifully decorated. We loved sitting on the porch with coffee. The kitchen was decently stocked for cooking basic meals. The burners were not working when we arrived and we messaged Jessica - she quickly helped us and we realized they had been unplugged - easy fix. We couldn’t find oven mitts, but didn’t end up needing them. Jessica was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a great time and I’d definitely recommend!

Frank’s place was absolutely worth every penny and deserves an A+ in my book. I stayed here with my 4 kids, age 14-7. We were comfortable and very happy. My kids didn’t want to leave. The location is great. The condo is pristine and just as pictured/described. The area is safe and proximate to the beach, park, local dining/shopping. We rented bikes right next door, too! We had the best time exploring the area and the kids enjoyed a lot of freedom and fresh air! Frank’s instructions were clear. He was communicative and easy to contact. Everything was fabulous and we would definitely stay here again if in Hilton Head! Loved it!!!

Our stay at Brandy’s place was exactly what we needed! We started our trip on the wrong foot by finding out that our original accommodations were not what we were expecting. We were able to resolve this and get booked with Brandy the very next day, and were so relieved when we arrived to her place! It was spotless, and really felt like a well-managed, well-maintained vacation rental. Coligny Plaza is about a 15-minute walk, and about half that by bike. The outdoor pool was undergoing renovations, but the indoor pool and hot tub were lovely! Beach chairs and wagon were included, and on our last day we found a pickleball set in the closet! Everything was as described, and our stay was wonderful. Brandy was very responsive EVEN while she was in Europe on vacation. We had an amazing experience working with her on-site property manager who took care of everything we needed. 11/10 would HIGHLY recommend booking with Brandy!

Gloria allowed us to get in early which was extremely helpful in letting us start our vacation off. The condo was the perfect size and exactly what we needed for our three night stay. Coligny Plaza was a close walk and an easy drive to some amazing restaurants.

We had the best stay! Ben’s place was PERFECT for our family of 4 (2 kids age 10&7). Super clean, had everything we needed! The location to the beach, shops, restaurants, gas, grocery was great. You could easily walk to the beach, but we chose to take bikes (maybe a 5 min bike ride) and enter through the Coligny beach access point. The kids loved the splash pad! We would definitely stay here again!!

Sand Dollar is a great place to stay and enjoy, especially with family. A very secured and peaceful place with private beach. We got to see some Dolphins in the Atlantic ,jumping, made the stay worth even more. Place is near to local attractions too. Will surely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Tybee Island. Thanks to Kristina. She was a great host.

Great place to stay that is right on the beach. Exactly as described and host is very responsive and friendly.

Steve was so easy to work with and made everything super simple. The decor was beautiful and the views were even better.
