Everything you would want at a home and more! Maryland took in mind every detail while creating the perfect hosting spot. We needed nothing, everything needed was in the home! By far the best home we've stayed in and host! Super friendly and her place was super clean and quiet. Definitely a place worth booking of you're looking to get away and experience relaxation and all the amenities this place has to offer.

Bella Vista Loft was WONDERFUL. Incredibly spacious. Beautiful surroundings. Wonderful porches. It was PERFECT for our girls weekend. The ladies were squawking all weekend how great it was. We had easy, friendly, and timely correspondence with Julie as well. Thank you! Will definitely recommend!

What can I say about Rachel? 5 stars isn’t enough! What a thoughtful host she is!!! We came in during Christmas and she reached out prior to our arrival and offered to decorate for us! Who does that? RACHEL DOES! It’s going to be tough to stay at another Air B&B after dealing with Rachel! The place was perfect for our needs while visiting family in the area, and the fact that her place is pet friendly makes it even more convenient for us! 10,000% recommend stay at one of Rachel’s places of given the opportunity!!! Great stay overall and peaceful place for a getaway, but the only thing that caught me off guard was the deposit card hold until check out. Overall I do recommend their place communication with everyone was good. Book!!!

We were extremely happy with Heather's place for our stay in Cartersville. My son and I were there for a baseball event. We made the easy 12-min drive to Lakepoint each day, and then came back to our oasis in Cartersville. The apartment was super comfortable and quiet, with a great kitchen, washer and dryer. We made breakfast there every day, but we had access to all the great restaurants in Cartersville for lunch and dinner. I also took walks from the house through the neighborhoods each morning. It was perfect!

The place iS BEAUTIFUL, spacious and clean. Al was kind, offered suggestion of places to go, responsive. We loved our stay

I had a lovely stay in a large, quiet, and private-feeling room. Maria was so welcoming and hospitable.

This place was perfect for our family! The kayaks were locked and the paddles weren't accessible, but we made a call and they were quick to respond and sent someone to get them out for us!

The property was very clean and nicely updated. It was convenient and located within a few short minutes of the relatives we were visiting. The house was charming and comfortable for our family and the purpose of our visit. A few things the owner might consider modifying for additional comfort/convenience of guests (these things did not negatively impact our stay): more kitchen utensils/knives for basic cooking needs (measuring cups & spoons, small & mid-size sharp knives), add an armoire or hooks in the main bedroom for hang-up clothes (there is no closet in the main bedroom suite), add dressers or suitcase stands for bags/suitcases, and window coverings that would allow for privacy while still letting in natural light (current window coverings are blackout blinds). Overall, we had a great stay. The suggestions above would make future stays even better.

Lovely old house with beautiful furnishings, quaint creaks and peaceful surroundings. We were looking for a last-minute getaway, so glad we found this. Loved it and extended another day even. It is just like the photos - a great retreat! Susan was friendly and helpful. We LOVED her restaurant recommendations. The area has so many great things to see, we will be back.

This was our second year in a row staying at one of Rocky’s properties. The location to the tennis facility is extremely convenient and the neighbourhood is nice and quiet. The house itself is in incredible condition and we had no problem getting comfortable right away. When we needed a quick answer from Rocky, he responded almost immediately which made us feel taken care of. Highly recommend him as a host and we will definitely be back next year.

We had a wonderful one-month stay here. The house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, which made our stay very convenient. The location is quiet and has a high level of safety, allowing us to feel at ease throughout our stay. The host Diane and Jarrett were very friendly and responded to messages promptly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this place!
