Rustic Retreat

A newly renovated A Frame located in the rolling hills of the New York State countryside. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably with one queen futon on the first floor and one RV sized queen bed on the second floor. Includes a Hot tub, fire pit area looking out into the woods and a patio sectional on the porch. Air Conditioning is provided as well as internet, a smart tv, board games, and a small Nintendo 64 with preloaded games. A beautiful view of the woods and a large field, nature is sure to amaze.

Short drive to Lake Erie wineries. 9 miles to Lily Dale. If you like country living this is the place. The camper is located in our back yard facing the woods with a great view. Hiking is welcomed. Two miles to Bemus point where there are several restaurants and a grocery store. Chautauqua county voted best small golf town by golf digest. National comedy center in Jamestown. Boat rentals near by. Guests have outdoor dining area and a fire pit. There is a large supply of fire wood also. Chautauqua institution 7 minutes.

Welcome and make yourselves at home. Located in the quaint little village of Mayville. Fully furnished in traditional decor. Chautauqua Lake is a mile away with a Public Boat launch & dock. Nearby things to do include hiking, biking, swimming, canoeing, fishing, golf, museums, and all kinds of shopping. Cleanliness has always been one of our top priorities. Due to COVID-19, our cleaning service has initiated an enhanced cleaning routine and are taking extra care to disinfect our home.

Chautauqua Lake is a .5 mi walk and CHQ Institution main gate is 4 miles away.

Enjoy a piece of history when you stay in our former trolley station that has been converted into an industrial style loft. Just outside the city limits in a country setting but close to the hospital, local bars/restaurants and the comedy center. The lower portion of the building features a quaint gift shop and across the street is a farm stand with locally grown food.
