Wonderful stay in Woodstock! The house had a perfect layout with homey decorations that made us feel welcome. Comfortable, spacious rooms and a large yard were highlights. Location was ideal - close to downtown Woodstock and Highway 92. The host provided excellent communication and clear instructions throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Communication was so quick and easy, from well before our stay through the period we were there. The place is huge and so well suited to family gatherings like ours, where we wanted to get various groups together for a family reunion but needed separate bedrooms for folks to have their own space. The (optional extra) use of the pontoon boat was lovely, we went out on the lake in the morning for 'coffee cruises' and had good weather so enjoyed some family time out on the lake in the afternoons. Plenty of space and things to do for both adults and kids. It's a drive (~20 minutes) to shops/restaurants, but the local Publix is on the way from Atlanta, so easy to stock up with supplies en route if coming from that direction. We had a lovely time!

We stayed at Joana’s for a full week with our two kids and my mom and it was absolutely perfect! Spotless, plenty of dishes and silverware, smelled fresh and it’s a beautifully updated home. The washer and dryer were such a bonus and the street is very quiet. We’d absolutely stay there again and we’ll recommend it to friends and family visiting Alpharetta!

Liam's property is beautiful! It's very private, and it was the perfect spot for our event. Disturbing the neighbors is highly unlikely. Liam is a very responsive host and her genuine personality made us feel right at home. The beds are amazing, so comfortable!! I would definitely book her place again.

The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The home was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The yard was private and surrounded by trees. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog and having a fenced yard. Great hosts, great home!

We picked this home because we were trying to find a location very close to downtown Woodstock that would not require us to drive and that would be easy to get back-and-forth to and from over the weekend. It proved to be the absolute perfect location. The property description was very accurate, the host was extremely friendly and responsive, and I would absolutely recommend This location for anyone looking for a great and cozy home in downtown Woodstock.

My family was traveling to Georgia to attain my daughter’s next Service Dog from Canine Assistants in Alpharetta. We were looking for a place our whole family(our pups included) could stay for the week, enjoy the beautiful surrounding area and relax with our friends that live locally. The Three Birches as a home and Roberta as its steward exceeded our expectations! We are a family of six (+ Pups), so it can get tight at times but not at the Three Birches. The home was perfect, spacious and easy to navigate, with acres of property to explore, along with donkeys, miniature horses and a Ram to keep us company. No Roosters needed to wake us each morning, the Donkeys bray was quite sufficient! Last but certainly not least, Roberta was beyond a gracious and supportive host. We communicated often before and during our stay at her family’s home. Never an issue. Would definitely come again, especially with Roberta at the helm!!

Constance was extremely friendly greeting us. The grounds are beautiful and extremely quiet. The room was cozy and we felt right at home.

I CANNOT say enough great things about this rental and host! They have gone above and beyond with extra touches. The place is pristine! We have our 4 adult children with us and had the best weekend. Hiking, kayaking, wineries, night time fires and games! It was just what we needed to rest and recharge! We are already organizing when we can book another weekend! Don’t hesitate to book this!

The house was comfortable for 15ppl. Plenty of space. There was a few glitches, but nothing too major. We should've gotten the pool heated but the sun helped keep us warm. Parking is strict so if you have more than 4 cars, park at the university up the street...it was easy. We had everything we needed.

Rob’s home had all the listed amenities, great lighting and very nice furniture inside. It felt just like a home. Our kids enjoyed playing the arcade game while we enjoyed relaxing. We didn’t even get a chance to try the hot tub which looked great

Lovely peaceful Cabin close to Lake Arrowhead and surrounded by trees and wandering deer. Friendly neighbours and within easy drive of Publix and various wineries. Gaby was super responsive even when we arrived late and really went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Will definitely stay here next year again.

I don’t think it’s possible to articulate how amazing Hidden Acres really is. My husband and I booked very last minute after our previous accommodations fell through. Sarah was so responsive, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The sanctuary itself was peaceful, relaxing and the most amazing experience interacting with all of the animals. We snuggled the pigs, goats & bunnies and our favorite part was Striker the horse! Every volunteer we came across was warm and welcoming and although we came to Canton out of obligation for an event, we left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated thanks to HAAS. Thank you Sarah for an amazing experience!

Loved staying at this Airbnb felt right at home. Erin was very Responsive & Made sure we were Okay & made sure we had everything we needed she was very flexible with everything, Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Great space for a fun month while I waited to close on my property! Bill was super friendly and very responsive. Great neighborhood, lots of restaurant choices and walkable to everything!

I stayed at Monica's place for a few days over Christmas and it was a lovely and relaxing experience. It's very spacious with lots of windows and an extremely comfortable bedroom, and I would definitely stay here again.

This place is AMAZING. Very peaceful. The horses are right next to your door, which I loved. And if you leave the blinds open, you have a view of them playing all day long. They have a super sweet dog that roams the property and she loves treats and cuddles. Chris and his wife are fantastic people. Super responsive and made sure I was comfortable and had what I needed. Chris has lots of farming knowledge and is happy to share it. They were always friendly and didn't engage conversation unless I initiated it. So while it is a working farm, you feel like it's your own space. I can't say enough good things, and I sincerely do not have one negative comment to make (and usually I can find something lol). 1000 percent recommend everyone check this place out. I will absolutely be a repeat guest. Thank y'all again for a wonderful week.
