On our small farm we have chickens, bees, goats, and alpacas that love to be hand-fed. Originally a pole barn workshop, the cabin has been expanded into a peaceful retreat built with local lumber. Unwind in our outdoor spa with sauna and a spring bath or simply relax and take in the serenity of the National Forest.

Wilderness Tiny Cabin

Overnight guests at the WILDERNESS Tiny Cabin are very special people. The only way to reach the secluded cabin is by taking the mountain hiking trail and back or request to be driven to the cabin via 4-wheeler($10 additional cost for drive in and drive out) . The trail is 800ft consistent of the opulent and incredibly diverse flora and fauna,providing a rewarding adventure. The WILDERNESS cabin is setting in the forest among the trees overlooking the Smoky Mountain range in high altitude.

Chestnut Ridge Retreat

Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Relax by the fireplace or fire pit (roast some s’mores). Walk the property to see the chickens, horse and donkey. At our farm we love diversity, support all love, and don’t think that hate makes America great - if you don’t agree we may not be the destination for you. We have added a small chair that converts to a bed- we can squeeze 3 in.

Quaint, peaceful, & fully remodeled basement apartment awaits you 9/10th of a mile off I-81. Conveniently located an hour from Knoxville, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge areas & about 45min from Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol. We are situated in the middle so you can go either way without a lot of driving. This is an easy stop-over if you are traveling 81 and just need a sweet place to rest in your journey. We take great care to foresee any need you may have while staying with us.

Our Mountain Chalet is the Perfect GETAWAY. Best location to stay in our ENTIRE Area. We are in the city limits of Kingsport, 3 miles from downtown. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an additional pet fee. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Charter cable TV and WIFI access provided. Also located on our 6-acre estate is another BNB rental the "BEARFOOT RETREAT", a 3BR house should a larger group want to stay close together.

This home comes with two internet TV’s, full kitchen, as well as small items to make it easier to vacation and work.
