Enjoy outdoor dining on the large 3-sided deck, and cap off your days with s'mores sessions at the fire pit! Boating, hiking, swimming, and skiing are minutes away. Or, get cozy indoors and enjoy movies, puzzles, and games. Rocky Ledge is pet-friendly! We welcome up to two dogs with a flat $50 pet fee.

Enjoy the simple things in life! This rustic cottage is ideal for those who want to unplug and go back to basics. This cottage has been my family’s retreat for generations. Cottage does not have air conditioning or heat and is meant for summer use. There are wall and ceiling fans throughout the cottage. Lake access is only separated by a dirt road. No cable TV or Internet; cell phone service is good. Feel free to make use of the board games and DVD library.

The surrounding area has all the charm, beauty, and attractions that Southern New Hampshire has to offer.

Let us share our little piece of Vermont with you! Located off a dirt road, tucked into a corner of our working homestead, you'll find a space to relax, unwind, and reconnect. This cabin has everything you need for a private and comfortable escape.  Downstairs you’ll find a comfortable leather couch, small kitchen, & bathroom with vanity & shower.  The bedroom (located upstairs) has a queen sized bed. All linens provided.

Waterfront Cabin on Beautiful Highland Lake!

Quiet lake experience, especially on weekdays, to get away and reset your busy life! This historic renovated "boat house" comes with 2 kayaks for your use at no extra charge. We recently added an outdoor shower in addition to an indoor claw foot bath tub. There is a small private outdoor deck. Lots to do in the surrounding area, but most people don't want to leave this beautiful setting. (Pets are not permitted)
