This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).

Deck on the river is out of service but there is river access. Our children & grandchildren love our weekend retreat. 15 minutes from Dahlonega, 90' above the Chestatee with steps to the river. River swimming is great! There’s a 6 person spa with an outdoor fireplace, 2 propane grills - one at the river; one at the cabin. We have wifi, 2 televisions, a private bedroom, a semiprivate sleeping loft, 2 twin beds in the downstairs playroom (counted as 3d bedroom), 2 full baths, 2 half baths.
