Cozy up in this enchanting 1-bedroom duplex nestled inside a beautifully preserved 100+ year-old duplex (we live in a separate unit). Overflowing with charm, this apartment blends vintage elegance with modern comfort. Enjoy a king-size bedroom, full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer — plus access to a private backyard garden complete with a greenhouse and swings for a truly magical stay. Walkable to many great spots: 2 coffee shops, restaurants, bars, library, bookstore, parks, and boutique stores.

Retreat to the city and stay in your own private apartment looking out on goats and chickens at pasture, gardens, and lots of green space. Enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature by night and explore downtown Cincinnati, the Cincinnati Zoo, stadiums, bars, and restaurants by day. All this within a 15 minute drive! While your apartment is entirely private, we do live on-site and are available if you need anything. We are even happy to schedule a time for you to meet and mingle with the goats!

It’s a duplex house consisting of two Airbnbs in one house, there’s a private staircase upstairs to Airbnb, it has a private balcony, private kitchen and private bath. there is no living room or dinning room. It has offstreet parking and 1 space in the driveway. It has 5G Wi-Fi . It’s a 13 minute drive from downtown,.The grocery store is about seven minutes away and lots of restaurants in the same area, 25 minute drive from the airport. There is a camera in the hallway.
