The property is a Listed Georgian (1825) terraced house and has recently been renovated by Erickson Mann A five minutes walk from the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre and the same from the City of Chichester with it's Cathedral, restaurants and shops . There is also easy access by car bus or bike to the Downs including Goodwood as well as the coast at West Wittering and Bracklesham Bay . You can lie ,sit or eat in the sun the house has a south facing garden which is a sun trap .

The Cabin (5 mins from Goodwood & the South Downs)

Just 5 mins from Goodwood, our cosy wooden cabin is set in the South Downs National Park, in a quiet and pretty village. Nestled in a peaceful, private spot at the edge of our garden with lovely views to the open countryside, the cabin gives a feeling of being away from it all and yet is only a 15 min drive to Chichester, a 30 min drive to the sandy beach at West Wittering and just a 3 minute stroll to the village pub. There are lots of lovely walks and cycle routes in the surrounding area.

End of Terrace two bed house that situated right by Chichester canal. The house is 10-15 minutes walk to Chichester centre where you can visit shops, restaurants and Chichester Cathedral. Chichester canal is a stone throw away and Goodwood and West Wittering beach is only 15 minutes drive . The house is modern yet traditionally decorated through out. Cosy, comfy and fully equipped with little bit of extra luxury features such as under floor heating, wood burner and water softener.

The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.
