when the owner found out that we would be checking in almost at night, he offered to buy us pizza, it was very nice 🥹🥹🥹 Our vacation was great, the rooms were super equipped with everything you need, the pool was super for 6. Despite the fact that the owner lived nearby, we did not experience any discomfort 😊👍🏻

Отличное место для отдыха в Италии! 20 минут езды на машине от Венеции. Хозяин дома встретил по прибытию и на протяжении всего пребывания постоянно ухаживал за территорией дома. Квартира находится на первом этаже двухэтажного частного дома. В доме проживает хозяин и другая семья. Территория выглядит ухоженно и опрятно! Бассейн - выше всех похвал. Ребенок и мы проводил время в бассейне часами. Есть кресла, стулья и зонтик от солнца и некоторые вещи для игр в бассейне. В квартире есть кондиционер и все необходимое для готовки (масло, сахар, соль, кофе для гейзерной кофеварки), сама кофеварка, тостер и все остальное. Квартиру можно рекомендовать для спокойного отдыха вдали от городской суеты, а также для осмотра Венеции и округи.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with. And thanks to Faina and Family.

Nous avons passé une très bon séjour, la maison est très paisible, agréable à vivre et bien équipée. L’espace piscine est top! Maria nous a bien accueilli et a toujours été disponible et réactive.

We stayed for 3 nights and felt right at home from the off. Tanya and Igor were fantastic hosts, they met us at the property and showed us around as well as being prompt at replying to any queries. The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It was the perfect location for us to be able to travel in and out of the centre of Venice. It was a 2 minute walk from the Quarto D’Altino train station which takes you to Venice in around 30 minutes. Unfortunately, there was a train strike on one of the days, but even then a bus into the centre was manageable. There are a few takeaway places, cafes, supermarkets and restaurants in the area if you wanted to remain more local. We had a wonderful time, and would not hesitate to return! This was a lovely place to stay with really spacious, well-equipped accommodation and a great garden and beautiful pool. The air-conditioning was effective and quiet which was especially good for the bedrooms as it was very hot overnight when we were there. Augusta was a very kind host who helped us out when my husband was taken ill. The location is good for visiting Venice, and Oderzo itself is a pleasant small town.

Wir hatten eine wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Mestre & Venedig. Danke der Unterkunft hatten wir einen schönen ruhigen Ort der sich wie Zuhause angefüllt hat. Sowohl Bad, Küche als auch Schlafzimmer hatten eine Top Ausstattung uns hat nix gefehlt! es gab sogar Hygiene Artikel falls man was vergessen hat und auch einen Schrank mit Snacks. Valerio war sehr zuvorkommend & Flexibel er hat schnell und zuverlässig auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und uns im Vorhinein eine top Liste an Restaurants und anderm geschickt, das war sehr hilfreich. Danke für diese toll Unterkunft Wir könne sie sehr empfehlen!

Abbiamo trascorso le festività Pasquali ospiti nella villa di Vanessa: la location è davvero molto bella, sia per quanto riguarda gli interni (spaziosi, confortevoli, ordinati e puliti) che per per gli spazi esterni (spazi verdi immensi, ben curati, con tutti i comfort e completamente accessibili): piscina, area relax, campo da tennis, distese verdi ampiamente apprezzati da tutti noi ed anke dalla ns cagnolina che era libera di muoversi in spazi verdi e completamente recintati. Relax allo stato puro, in un posto incantevole assolutamente da vivere e respirare: ospitalità di Vanessa e’ da 10 e lode! Grazie di tutto ed…a presto! Lorenzo

Gianni and Alberto are great hosts. Their home was just perfect for our family. They welcomed us very warmly and Gianni’s wife made the most delicious apple pie. The house was extremely clean, and my baby enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. We also enjoyed the yard. They are truly a great family, and we felt right at home. We were so comfortable and loved staying there. We enjoyed every moment and already miss it so much. They went above and beyond for us. They even took my mom around in their car to show her the area. I would absolutely stay at Gianni’s place if I ever go back. Thank you so much for everything.
