Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. Dotato di due entrate indipendenti che danno accesso al giardino circostante dove rilassarsi sotto il sole o sotto l'ombrellone e far giocare i bambini sulle altalene e nella casetta di legno.

Il nostro appartamento è ubicato in una delle più suggestive ed antiche borgate sappadine, la quale pur essendo a circa due chilometri dal centro del paese offre un panorama caratteristico e unico in ogni stagione dell'anno. In estate la meta più ambita sono le celebri "sorgenti del Piave" raggiungibili sia in auto che a piedi. In inverno, continuando per la strada principale per un centinaio di metri si possono raggiungere agevolmente le piste da sci.
