It is required to go through a small set of stairs to get to the unit. The cottage is a walking distance from the river and the village where you can enjoy shopping stores, cafes, sport activities, night life and bar/restaurants.

This is a single occupant only space as it shares a wall with our home. Enjoy your own space, bedroom (king bed), bathroom and kitchenette with private entrance and private patio. Our guesthouse is across the driveway from the main house on 1.5 acres on a quiet country road, yet only 2 miles from Old Town Auburn, 3 miles from the Auburn State Recreation Area, and 1.5 hours from Lake Tahoe. The guesthouse is approximately 300 sq ft and has its own entrance with convenient parking. It’s perfect for a single or couple and is suitable for longer term stays.
