this is my first time to Perth, and I found this airbnb, the place is comfortable, close to the places I want to visit. this airbnb is also located in a strategic place so that going anywhere is not far from this airbnb. the place is clean and comfortable. the view is nice both morning and night.

Amanda’s house is nearby to Perth CBD and very easy access to the area that I wanted to visit.

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

Rosemary was very responsive to any queries and attended to things immediately. It was a great location just by the beautiful Cottesloe Beach and I would highly recommend the property.

We had a beautiful stay at Jen’s place in Fremantle. Jen was a fantastic communicator, making the whole process smooth and easy. The apartment was spotless, easy to access, and in a very convenient location. We felt completely comfortable throughout our stay and would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing stay at Lisa’s. The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean with excellent amenities. It has a lovely private garden out the front and shared garden out the back with space to dry clothes. We borrowed the bikes to cycle around and hired a car. The apartment is in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood and a 5 minute walk from an IGA superstore. It backs on to Manning Park which provides a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach, and means you can listen out for terrific bird song. The apartment is so well situated as to enjoy Fremantle, a short cycle ride and you are in the heart of the bustling and vibrant city with lots of fantastic eateries, shops, markets and bars. It is a great place to stay and Lisa and Peter are great hosts, we would highly recommend.

The kitchen is a *chef’s dream* – fully equipped, beautifully laid out, and stocked with all the essentials (salt, pepper, oil, tea… and yes, a real coffee machine – such a win!). Tracey was an amazing host, kindly allowing me to check in a little early as I had booked the space for a photo shoot. It honestly exceeded all expectations – even more beautiful than the photos. The best part? A **private entrance**, a peaceful backyard with a BBQ, and a super comfortable bed. The entire place is quiet, peaceful, and thoughtfully set up with everything you could need – and more. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. Just a 2-minute walk to the main street where you’ll find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and the and the local pub. If you’re If into live music, make sure you catch the jazz club on Tuesday nights – highly recommend! Absolutely 5 stars!

Superb week-long stay at Studio 3.0!! Super trendy, compact, thoughtfully designed space for ease of living and comfort with a luxurious bathroom, instant hot water and indulgent high-pressure shower. Private location within walking distance to a plethora of local cafes, restaurants and dog-friendly parks. My Labradoodle was happy and at-ease during our stay. I found Kobie May and Simon to be wonderful hosts who were responsive, helpful and incredibly KIND, beyond what was necessary. Highly recommend this cosy condo to others and I hope to return. :)

Lyda’s place is located nice and quiet area, right next to Kings park. We can easily access to many spots on foot. Lyda’s team always responded quickly. We would stay her place if we visit Perth again.

chrissy delivered on being an exceptional host, accomodating and concerned i felt as comfortable as at home, she went and bought the right kind of whisk so i could do me eggs the way i lile them. made my first air BNB a totally positive experience, someone worth knowing for a chat and lelt alone when i needed that too. recommended and down to earth

A delightful apartment in a quiet location, beautifully situated for both King’s Park and Perth CBD. We could not have wished for more.

Beautiful, quiet apartment right across the road from the beach. Perfect for our short beach getaway away. Only down side was that the top bunk wasn’t made up for our stay so the child had to sleep with one of the adults. Otherwise the apartment was clean, conveniently located and comfortable.

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

Exceptional accommodation, very comfy bed, great communication with Matt the host, very close to public transport. I highly recommend Matts place! I felt like home!
