You’ll love the place because it's a PRIVATE HOUSE in a quiet street, the Paddington of Perth, yet within walking distance of everything. It has its own free off-street parking for 1 car. A renovated traditional colonial cottage in a good neighbourhood with free WiFi. My place is ideal for couples, business travelers & families (with kids).

Churchill House Subiaco

This beautiful House is located in the leafy Subiaco. This spacious home offers an expansive open plan living space which comprises most of the ground floor. The living area flows to an abundant outdoor garden, which can be shaded with an electric awning . Upstairs are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers and a bath and shower in the ensuite. The master bedroom has a balcony which is lovely to sit on and watch the world go by. The property is bright and modern in its design.

This stylish, spacious new home is just what you need for your Perth stay. Close to the city, burswood complex, sports stadium, swan river walks and a variety of dining options close by. The house is new and has a large master suite upstairs, sitting room, two single bedrooms, bathroom and separate powder room. Downstairs has a double bedroom next to the bathroom. A separate downstairs sitting room. The kitchen/living/dining area is spacious. Also an outdoor alfresco area.

Located in Victoria Park this cottage is nestled between two of the Park's well known Streets. Conveniently located near to the thriving cafe and restaurant culture along the main street Albany Highway as well as the Causeway Precinct. Other attractions nearby include South Perth Swan River Foreshore, Boorloo Bridge, Madgagarup Bridge, Perth's Crown Casino, Optus Stadium, City of Perth, WACA Cricket Ground, Perth Zoo and also near to Curtin University.
