I 2 minutes from the M6 and A6 you are in easy reach of Lancaster, Preston, Blackpool and The Lake District. 5 Minutes drive to Scorton and Wyresdale Park Wedding Venue *Pets welcome, however please note that pets cannot be left unattended at any time.There is a charge of £60.

Self-contained annexe to our house in semi-rural Catterall, 56m2/608ft2. Near Garstang, Lancaster & the beautiful Forest of Bowland AONB. Plenty of parking, also on bus route. Local restaurant, golf, canal walks & fell walking accessed straight from the house; Lake District or beach at Lytham StAnnes / Blackpool 40mins away. Easy access to Preston, Lancaster & Blackpool by car/bus. Manchester is around a 45m drive. We're often available to advise. Info on local amenities & activities provided.

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

Coachmans House at Churchtown

This beautiful and quaint cottage used to be the coach house for the mansion just down the road. It was build in 1616. Pub is walking distance. The cottage has full gas and electric but also a wood burning stove. The cottage is set in the quiet picturesque village of Churchtown. Near Garstang. This property is pet friendly. Please contact me if you would like to bring more than 1 pet. I charge £15 per pet per booking extra (unless extra cleaning is needed).

The Granary, Fairhouse Farm

The property is situated in the enclosed gardens of a Grade II Listed Farmhouse with ample private parking. Easy proximity to Leigh Sports Village, Pennington Flash, RHS Bridgewater and Haydock Race Course, M62 Junction 9, M6 Junctions 22 & 23, Newton-le-Willows Railway Station, Warrington Station, halfway between Manchester and Liverpool. Ideal for visiting Lake District, North Wales, Chester, Knutsford, Peak District. Having a car is recommended.

Nestled in the heart of Wheelton village, Corner cottage is a cosy retreat ideal for visitors to this beautiful part of rural Lancashire. There are an abundance of pubs and eateries within easy walking distance of the cottage and you will love the local walks either on the canal towpaths, West Pennine moors or local woodlands. The village has a quaint and peaceful charm about it that you will also feel when you step inside the cottage.

Lowfield Barn

Set in private grounds, with plenty of room for families (and pets!), Lowfield is a converted barn, which is close to Lancaster University and an ideal base for exploring the North West and Lake District. The accommodation has 3 double bedrooms (1 twin), 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen/diner, utility and garden room/lounge. Public transport links to Lancaster, ample parking and local knowledge for exploring the North West!

An ideal base to explore the North West from. With its semi rural setting and its own large, secure private garden and off street parking its home from home.
