My place is close to the city center/CBD, opposite a beautiful park. There are theatres. museums, restaurants, public transport & bars within 5 minutes walk. You’ll love the place because it's a PRIVATE HOUSE in a quiet street, the Paddington of Perth, yet within walking distance of everything. It has its own free off-street parking for 1 car. A renovated traditional colonial cottage in a good neighbourhood with free WiFi. My place is ideal for couples, business travelers & families (with kids).

The North Perth Nook

A super cozy piece of history awaits you at the North Perth Nook. Past Nook lives - Photo studio , stain glass studio , corner deli, general store. Built in 1908 this is peak North Perth ! Queen size bed, kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom. Coffee shops, cafes and boutiques are all within walking distance. No car necessary as a short walk to the nearest bus stop with buses running every few minutes into the city centre or the beach. Onsite off street parking if you do have a car.

Bright and airy, self-contained European style 28 M2 studio apartment including kitchen, bathroom and washing machine/dryer on a quiet suburban street in the heart of Mount Hawthorn, 3km from Perth CBD. Bus stop nearby, 15 min to the city and 20 min to the beach! Walking distance to Pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants in Mt Hawthorn and Leederville. Off-street parking available. Access to secure common courtyard with BBQ, pizza oven, additional fridge/freezer, outdoor kitchen and clothes line.

Laundry facilities are available in the main house by request. Also happy to try and accommodate flexible check in/ out times depending on availability

Suite No:1 - Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

This spacious apartment offers you a bright, comfortable, quiet home where you have sole use of the entire, fully equipped 1bedroom space. You are in the heart of Mt Hawthorn's cafe strip with both grocery and specialty stores and a verandah to watch the world go by. As we are on the quiet side of the apartment block, noise is not an issue. My husband's office has his own SEPARATE ENTRANCE with the internal door always locked, you won't see him as he does not enter your space at all.

With the buzz of Leederville's many bars, clubs, eateries, and entertainment only a step away, there will never be a boring moment! Comfortable queen size bed & spacious wardrobe. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and hairdryer provided. Reverse-cycle air-conditioner. Cutlery, glasses & cooking utensils are supplied along with tea and coffee.

North Perth Bungalow -close to town

Situated in North Perth on a quiet residential tree lined street this quiet 1 bedroom cottage is a great place to stay. There is kitchen, lounge dining area and bathroom, free wifi. A pet (no cats sorry), is welcome but please check with us beforehand Supermarkets and array of shops, cafes and bars in North Perth. The cafe strip on Angrove Street will blow you away with the choice and quality on offer, along with a great selection of boutique shops
