Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. If you’re looking for a quiet country atmosphere, we’ve got it! Only 3.3 miles from town. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath is the perfect central Missouri home. Located only 25 miles from Truman Lake, 45 miles to Lake of the Ozarks, and 23 miles to the MO state fair. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 1 in basement, All have queen size beds. Bath on main floor has tub and the one in basement has shower. Large country kitchen. EXtra bed

Minimalist centrally located apartment in Sedalia

Whether you are here for the Fair, passing thru on the trail/highway, or are a contract worker, come stay and rest at our place. We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the entrance to the fair as well as the Katy trail. We have a cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit with a 70” tv that can fit 4 individuals comfortably. Hungry? We are located 1 block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurants. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.

The Ranch Guest House/Warsaw, MO Great View!

This house sits in the middle of a large cattle ranch. It provides spectacular views of rolling hills and has a large creek that runs through the property. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located within minutes of Truman Lake and Lake of the Ozarks. It sits directly off of a main highway and has parking areas for boats & trailers. House includes all basic amenities, including washer/dryer, smart TV's and Wi-Fi. The house is an older farm house, but is spacious and clean.

Patio for grilling or just enjoying the scenery. Only 20 min from Truman Lake.10 minutes from Missouri State Fairgrounds.

This cabin is the perfect place for a family vacation, girls retreat, or lodging for an avid hunter or fisherman. Conveniently located just 3 miles outside the small town of Stover and roughly 30 miles from both Lake of the Ozarks and Truman Lake, it's the perfect location to relax and unwind. We have no TVs in the cabin, but offer fast and free wifi for easy streaming on all your devices. We do ask that there is no smoking and no parties held on the property.

The outside sitting area is a peaceful oasis with the view of the cattle and horse farm. An outside outlet is available for charging your boat. Bike, walking trails, and a marina are all within 1. 4 miles. Downtown shopping area is 5 minutes away. Roku and wifi are available.

Walnut Grove Retreat

Quiet country house on a wooded lot. Entire main floor of this secluded country home, with a covered deck overlooking woods, including outdoor dining and lounge. Well appointed kitchen with open concept dining and living area. Eight miles to Sedalia, the Katy Trail and Missouri State Fairgrounds. Thirty minutes to Whiteman AFB. We welcome up to two dogs.

Outside enjoy hiking trails. stocked pond, zip line, swimming pool, horseshoe pits, frisbee golf course, fire pit and campfire area.

This cozy home is located just a few blocks from Centennial Park and the hospital. We're also a short drive to the Missouri State Fairgrounds, Downtown Sedalia, and the Katy Trail.

The Broken Spoke

"The Broken Spoke" nightly rental sits on just over a quiet acre of land only steps from the Katy Trail and minutes from local restaurants and shopping. We can accommodate up to six in the house, we have additional camping space available for larger groups upon request, as well as extended stay rates.
