This is a suite on the top floor of our home. There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. Bring your own kayaks, SUPs, or rent them nearby. The airport is ten minutes away & the town of Comox is a quick five minute drive. Enjoy sunbathing, swimming, hiking in the summer, storm watching in the fall, or a 30 minute drive to Mt. Washington in the winter. Please note we have a Nest camera doorbell.

We host a cozy, clean, disinfected, and modern 950 square foot completely self-contained, street-level suite in our family home in Courtenay's heritage Old Orchard area. The suite has In-floor heating and on-demand hot water and a fully-equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms each, with queen beds and custom floor mattresses are available upon request. Restaurants, stores, groceries, and a Saturday farmer's market in the winter are steps away.

We are within walking distance to downtown Comox and the Comox Marina, where you will find many cafes, pubs, restaurants, and shops.
