Welcome to the Mendes Chalet. Our mountain home is Tucked away yet only 15 min from downtown North Conway, Cranmore Mountain Resort, Echo Lake, Silver Lake & King Pine Ski resort. We designed our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom around peace. Hang out by the fireplace to relax and unwind or sit outside on the oversized deck and breathe the fresh mountain air. Also do not forget to explore the wonderful ski resorts and shopping outlets which are very close by! Our home is the perfect retreat for any season!

Luxurious Retreat with Hot Tub & Walk to Echo Lake

Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

This charming chalet is nestled on the edge of Little Pea Porridge Pond in the enchanting village of Eidelweiss, an alpine oasis just a short drive from Mt Washington Valley. Enjoy campfires on a private sandy beach; Fishing, swimming and boating in the warmer months; Snowmobiling, skiing and ice-skating in the Winter season. Nearby attractions incl. King Pine, Cranmore and Attitash Ski Resorts; N Conway Village; Kancamaugus Highway, Hiking Trials, Waterfalls, shopping and gourmet restaurants.

Our cozy, warm cabin is set in a tranquil, picture perfect pine grove. A three minute walk to Davis Pond and 15 minutes from North Conway and ski resorts. The perfect getaway spot whether you need to unplug or plan an adventure. The home is comfortable and modern without compromising the rustic White Mountain charm, outfitted with all the amenities, a work station and a full outdoor space. We have put a lot of thought into this space and are confident that it will translate into a magical stay.

Enjoy the screen pavilion with sofa & fire table and bright, wood lined cottage with all you need for a peaceful getaway-Japanese soaking tub, (small) Heat/AC, +fast wifi. Cook in the kitchen or grill in the beach side pavilion. Walk the trails around the lake through forest & meadow to the nearby State Forest & Gold Mine Trail. We group the 3 cottages to preserve the shore for nature to thrive-message to reserve all 3 for total privacy

Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Treehouse With Hot Tub Close to Sunday River!

This authentic, luxury treehouse was designed by B'Fer Roth, DIY Network TV host of The Treehouse Guys and built by the Treehouse Guys. Nestled in the woods on a quiet, private rd with no neighbors in sight, the treehouse is just 15 minutes to Sunday River Ski Resort, 5 minutes to Mt. Abram and 10 minutes to downtown Bethel. The treehouse is abutted by 626 acres of Bucks Ledge Community Forest (7 miles of hiking/snowshoeing trails accessible from the treehouse).

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.
