The beach is a short stroll away through the bush track. If you like adventure you can get out an explore nearby Fraser Island or 4wd along the beach to Double Island Point. Rainbow Beach has many great restaurants, some with great ocean views.

Rainbow Beach Resort (new name is Rainbow Shores Resort) is set in a tropical forest just a short walk from the world renowned beach. The apartment is on the ground floor which allows the family to flood out from the sunlit patio area into the resort and enjoy the many amenities including a tennis court, lap pool, lagoon pool, bbq areas and lawn areas for the kids to play. The apartment has a relaxed local beach feel and is decorated with personal touches from the local area.

This family friendly resort is only 300 metres walk to the Beach and is surrounded by lush coastal rainforest. Our top floor apartment is spacious and comfortable, offering everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay. Two pools and a tennis court are also amongst the offerings. Enjoy!
