It is a well-designed property to take advantage of the seasons. It will be warm in winter if the curtains are kept open during the day and cools down lovely in summer if you open it up at dusk to let the fresh breeze in that arrives in Canberra then. Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade. Pets welcome, enclosed yard with plenty of space. Close to center of town, lake and half an hour from ski fields. Please note this is a part time property. It is also our family home that we vacate for our guests.
