Lodge on the Lake is a luxurious property located in a very special position right on Lake Windermere within the Lake District National Park. Enjoy uninterrupted views across the Lake towards the mountains from the privacy of the Lodge. The Lodge has a private setting within the 5 star Fallbarrow Park which offers that special break. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Granary is in a rural location within the national park, near a quiet beach 2 miles from Bootle village. The Granary is attached to an old threshing barn and to the farmhouse at Little Annaside. The accommodation has been converted retaining original beams and features. There is an en suit bedroom with a double bed and stunning views of the Irish Sea and Lakeland fells. A staircase leads to kitchen/dining area and a sitting room.

West view is a luxury property located directly on Nethertown beach. It is in a tranquil area with amazing sea views. It has a dog friendly beach, is great for fishing, has lots of wildlife and has the most stunning sunsets. In winter, enjoy cosy evenings with the fire lit. An ideal base for exploring the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. It is surrounded by scenic walks and activities. It is close to St Bees coast to coast walk too. Please note- We no longer have a hot tub.

A modern, open airy space set in a fabulous coastal location within easy driving distance from the Lakes. Haverigg is on the fringe of the Lakes, with Coniston being just a short drive away (approx 35 minutes). The property is close to Hodbarrow which is an RSPB Nature Reserve and it is also on the coast with some stunning dog friendly beaches to walk along. You can walk Black Combe and be rewarded with stunning views, or try wakeboarding, sea fishing or go horse riding on the beach.

The Western Lake District and miles of pet friendly beaches are on your doorstep .Askam has a Chippie, Chinese Takeaway, Bakery,Cafe(Thurs-Sun) , Post Office, Off Licence, local Pub(Thurs-Sunday ),Coop, Playground, Picnic Areas and Railway Station are all a few minutes walk away from Puddler Cottage.
