Luxury cottage farmstay- Scotsburn

Mingara Park cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a snug & cosy getaway. Sit and enjoy the beautiful countryside & sunsets, curl up and read by the fire place, stroll through the farm and meet our friendly goats and miniature cattle. The cottage is ideal for a week working from your country office, a weekend away for two or to share with family and friends. The kitchen has all you need to cook up a storm but if you prefer the outdoors, light the fire pit and sit out under the stars.

Sporting venues such as Mars stadium, Selkirk stadium & midlands golf club are close by. Lake Wendouree & Sovereign hill are a short drive away. Here for relaxation, soak in the spa bath or simply relax on the large deck with a platter & glass of wine.

Monterey Eco Stay

Stone Cottage (circa 1862)

"Stone Cottage" was built in 1862 from local bluestone and was lovingly restored in 2014. We are adjacent to Woowookarung Regional Park, popular for bush walking and mountain bike riding. Stone Cottage offers old world charm with modern amenities. You will not be sharing with any others. The main bedroom has a queen size bed & the main sitting area has a single bed. . A fully equipped kitchen allows for longer stays. (Ballarat CBD 10 mins; Shops-5 mins) Strictly no pets allowed

Rosie’s Cottage- Buninyong

Rosie’s cottage is an ideal getaway. You can choose to be busy bike riding or sightseeing up Mt Buninyong. Set in an idyllic bush setting there are also opportunities to enjoy leisurely bush walks, a bike ride or a stroll to the local coffee shops. Only a 5 minute drive to Buninyong or a 15 minute drive to Ballarat, events and attractions can be easily accessed. Upon enjoyment of these, a return to Rosie’s cottage offers a tranquil stay- with access to free wifi & Netflix

The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.

Discover a cozy 3-bedroom house on Geelong Road, Ballarat, just a short distance from Sovereign Hill and along the main route to Buninyong. Positioned conveniently for easy bus access, this home offers a straightforward commute to various destinations. The property features a practical two-car garage, ensuring hassle-free parking and additional storage space. Pet lovers will appreciate the pet-friendly policy, with a spacious yard for furry friends to enjoy.

t Boshuus - mud brick home amongst the trees

Our mud brick home, is surrounded by eucalyptus trees and is bordering on the Enfield State Forest. The 3 bedroom home is an ideal quiet and peaceful escape from urban life, featuring a wood heater, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry with a washing machine. Kangaroos often visit our backyard to feed on the grass. Lots of native birds can be spotted. We had a Tawny Frogmouth nest near the house and even a koala visit, recently.

Linton Retreat with Spa (Hot Tub / Jacuzzi)

Welcome to ‘Linton Retreat’, a beautiful Cabin located in a peaceful rural countryside setting on the edge of a mixed forest. The Ballarat Skipton Rail Trail is at your doorstep for leisurely walks & bike riding.

Boonahview Accommodation

Boonahview is a self-contained accommodation located high up in the Otways on a working sheep farm. Enjoy uninterrupted 180 degree views from every window. Stunning! A short 20-30 minute drive to Lorne and The Great Ocean Road. Nb currently no oven. The accomodation is seperate from the main house and is in tank water only .. which is drinkable. The heating is a wood fire for those cold days/nights.
