Our house has fragile and antique components and is not suited for pets, groups or children. If you are ok with quirky, imperfect, au natural and "wild" (possibility of snakes and spiders) we have your place! With windows along most of the east side, you will almost always have a view of the Sacramento River. This is not a cookie cutter house—please read listing.

Across the driveway, behind the main house, you will enjoy the hot tub and river deck with amazing wildlife and Sacramento River views —these spaces are shared with the hosts. Price reflects that riverfront is behind main house that we share with cottage guests. Use the hot tub, enjoy the deck and yard anytime, bring your pets too.

Pine Cone Cottage at River Rock Gardens & Cottages

The Pine Cone Cottage is one of three separate cottages at River Rock Gardens. It features a king bed with a wonderful view of a small garden and the river beyond through French doors. It has a small bathroom w/shower. The kitchen area has a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and small refrigerator. The kitchen is NOT set up for any kind of major cooking - plan accordingly. We do have wildlife/security cameras on the property. None that violate your privacy.
