We frequently host guests visiting Denver, Colorado Springs, and the acclaimed IVF facility in nearby Lone Tree. Guests find this a very desirable property.

Suburban Denver metro townhome in excellent location; a short drive to Denver Tech Center (5 miles), downtown (18 miles), Anschutz Medical Center (and Children's Hospital: 8 miles) and Denver International Airport (20 miles). This studio is perfect for a short getaway. Located in a very safe and convenient area. King size bed with top quality bedding sets. Soft towels and toilet paper like you would use at home. It also comes with a small table w/ chairs, a microwave and mini fridge. Other amenities include an outdoor pool and patio areas. HOA doesn’t allow oversized vehicles, trailers or RVs in the lot. This unit isn’t suitable for children. Accommodates up to 2 adults only.
