Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

The Lakehouse at Clearwater is close to Newnan, Senoia, Peachtree City, Atlanta, Falcon Aviation Academy, Dr. Agrawal Freedom Allergy, Callaway Gardens, Reets Drying Academy, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America You’ll love the Lakehouse at Clearwater because of its serene lake views, quiet atmosphere, and even a bit of fishing or swimming in the pool (May to September). The Lakehouse at Clearwater is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Located in the historic downtown area of Newnan, Georgia in a 3000 sq/ft historic building loft. Decorated by a designer with original artwork throughout. Hardwood floors or sisal floors and tiled bathrooms with very large private bedrooms accommodating up to 8 people. Large windows looking out over the downtown cityscape with restaurants, shopping, a gym and lovely parks within walking distance. Be aware that there are stairs to get to living area. Best for adults and older children.

Additional toddlers or infants may be accommodated upon request. Kitchen includes full sized oven and fridge. Cozy, private, surrounded in trees in a cul-desac neighborhood all on 7 acre lots.

We call it 'Rockaway Hideaway'.At the end of a tree lined drive,a hidden gem tucked away in a forest.There's 2 great decks. One for enjoying the morning quiet and the second has a gas grill and patio set,perfect for sunset meals.Our home was remodeled in 2020. Inside has beautiful,modern decor.There's a large,open kitchen,dining and sitting area for gathering.All new appliances and amenities for enjoying great meals together.Bathrooms are also all new.

Peachtree Abode-near Atlanta/Pinewood Studios

Located in Peachtree City/Tyrone, Ga. approx. 20 mins from the Atlanta airport and another 10 mins to downtown. Pinewood Studios is nearby, as is shopping, restaurants, lakes, parks, pools, tennis, cinemas, theatres, etc. A complete private home! Tastefully decorated and furnished. It is a self-contained unit in our carriage house with your own bathroom, washer/dryer and mini dry kitchen. Please note …there is a living space above the unit with 2 occupants and their service dog IRoh so there may be some foot noise and barking during the day. The TV is “smart". NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
